Rupture de stock inopinée et paiement confirmé!
J'ai commandé un purificateur d'air sur le site, mais le lendemain, je recois un mail me disant que la commande est annulée car rupture de stock (qu'ils viennent de découvrir donc!), et ils débitent quand même ma carte bancaire! Si j'avais lu les commentaires ici, je me serais bien gardée de commander sur ce site. J'espère qu'ils vont me rembourser, sinon je ferai une plainte à la direction des fraudes.

Faulty Design
Faulty Design. I've had two of these humidifers from them and they both failed and choke themselves the same way. The humidity gauge reading rises quickly by up to 10 pts and shoots over the limit setting when you first turn it, so the unit shuts itself off within the 1st minute. Then, within 5 minuites it's lowered down several points where it will run again and immediately climbs back up. It never really reaches the setting number. It's sitting on a coffee table in the middle of the room, no obstructions. I clean it regularly and insure no scale on it. After they ordered me to cut the cord and would send me a replacement, the other unit is doing the same thing after 2 months of light use. These units do not work properly for very long. Very pricey and a waste of money! Units for 1/3 of the price beat this hands down!

Well got the item and the filters are…
Well got the item and the filters are not on plastic wrap. Was this used? Like wow - a filter running in someone else’s home gross…so contacted support as I don’t want to return and wait for refund then buy another as smoky here. Would have provided pics. Nope told me to return don’t care - no quality control. Oh well not buying their product ever again. Very flippant as well. Your loss - now bad review and off to all other social media to do the same - losers.

Ordered an air purifier not too long…
Ordered an air purifier not too long ago and it's been working well. Only thing I wish the company did was make it so the lights could be turned off so it's not bright at night (hence 4 and not 5 stars). not bad though for the price
