My first time flying with FlyErbil was okay, they only have 2 planes in their fleet so if one or both goes down it causes a issue, so they also need to add more planes, they need to also add more flights for a route in a week, For example LGW - EBL - LGW should be atleast 2-3 times a week instead of once on a friday. On the flight the Cabin Crew are nice the food was also good you have either meat and rice or chicken and rice, with that you also get bread and salad and desert which the food was not hard to complain about, but one massive thing that is a issue is people always standing up and walking around for no reason, if the seatbelt sign is on there is still people standing up and walking around, especially there kids. they also really need to fix on their timing as its always certain they are delayed for a extra 1-2 hours, The only thing I like about this airline was the food and the direct flight from UK to Kurdistan if they added more planes and more flights for the destination and better timing. Also the checkin was simple and easy, also if they can increase the amount of kilo you can bring on a plane as its quite low.

Muy recomendable esta aerolínea secreta
Conocí a esta aerolínea por unos conocidos que ya habían viajado, y después de informarme de las opiniones de los usuarios, la verdad es que no esperaba buenas cosas de esta aerolínea. Al final, todas mis malas expectativas cayeron en saco roto, y descubrí una aerolínea que no aparece en ningún sitio, pero que es real y con un servicio y puntalidad mucho mejor que otras aerolíneas bien conocidas. La recomiendo para viajar a Iraq. El proceso de reserva muy facil, el personal muy amable y colaborador.

Fly Erbil is the worst choice to choose…
Fly Erbil is the worst choice to choose as it is not even a flying company at all and has not any credibility or dignity. I had a flight on Friday 7/8/2026 to Gatwick Irport. Firstly, the rout as per the rout plan was deceptive as it stated that the flight is direct but then it appeared that it goes to Krwatya then to Gatwick (first shame!!!). My flight was supposed to set at 10:45 in the morning then at the supposed time, an announce came up that there will be a delay of 45 minutes ( 11:30 became the flight time). On 11:30 another announcement came up that there will be a delay of one hour (12:30 became the flight time). Again, on 12:30 a new announcement came up that the flight has delayed one more hour (13:30 became the flight time). After that the flight number and all the details was disappeared on the boards and even radar systems. Whoever we asked, said there is a technical problem in the plane and we are working on it without explaining the problem is something to be solved or when it can be solved or that we are waiting for another plan to take you. Then at around 16:15 o’clock and after several hours waiting they said the flight is canceled without any consideration of the waiting, tiredness and money all the passengers spent. The worst part was that even after declaring the cancelation, no one from fly Erbil approached the passengers to calm down the them or propose any refund, booking hotel or any sorts of compensation. Bottom line, never ever choose FlyErbil because it is a horrible, nonsense and unorganised company (if it is really a company!!!!) and if you choose it be sure you will regret it.
