A fantastic experience — I’ll definitely fly with Hoper again!
Communication was excellent — the team was always very quick and helpful in responding. Being able to turn what would have been a 12-hour ferry journey into a 40-minute helicopter flight was fantastic, and the experience itself was great. I’ll definitely fly with Hoper again. One area for improvement would be to make the baggage policy clearer during the booking process, especially the distinction between a handbag, a soft carry-on bag and a standard hard-shell cabin suitcase. This would help avoid any surprises before the flight.

They acknowledged twice in writing that they knew about our 17:10 onward flight. The new landing time made it impossible to catch. Their only “solution”: selling us a paid transfer that couldn’t bridge the gap anyway. No earlier departure, no rebooking, no refund, no coverage — while their own booking terms promise “alternative solutions” in case of schedule changes, and provide zero compensation clause for changes they initiate. We sent a detailed letter citing their own terms clause by clause. Their answer ignored every single point. We ended up paying for a ferry ourselves to save our flight to Paris, with two nights of stress, and are now pursuing the refund through our card issuer. A premium price for a service that can shift your departure at will, refuse to tell you why, and walk away from the consequences. Book only if your onward plans can absorb that risk

An unforgettable way to reach Tinos
My wife and I flew with Flyhoper from Athens to Tinos, and the experience exceeded every expectation. The flight itself took just 45 minutes, and the views along the way were spectacular. What impressed me most was how effortless the whole journey was. Moving from one destination to another without any of the usual hassle of ferries or airports was a completely new experience for me. No queues, no waiting around, no stress – just a smooth and genuinely enjoyable trip from start to finish. The communication regarding transfers was excellent. Everything was clearly arranged in advance and worked exactly as promised, which made the entire process feel well organised and professional. We booked our tickets during a promotional offer, and at that price the cost was not significantly different from other means of transport to the island – which makes the choice an easy one given the time saved and the comfort of the journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fast, comfortable and memorable way to travel to the islands.
