Glasses arrived on time but the parcel…
Glasses arrived on time but the parcel was damaged. Fortunately the crushed box didn’t reach the glasses but the glasses box should have reached me in tact as that’s the corresponding box to show legitimacy if ever I sold them .

Very happy and Very efficient
Very happy. I had issues ordering a pair of Rayban Sunglasses from a UK firm, so called Edel-Optics as their website suggested they had the Sunglasses in stock. They confirmed they did have the stock, and so I placed an order with them whilst cancelling it with my original supplier. I paid for the £10 express delivery and the order was sent from Germany to my house in UK within less than 24 hours. Sunglasses arrived safely. The cost of the Sunglasses was also significantly cheaper than most UK companies. Overall very happy with the service provided . Thank you Edel-Optics.

1 star – Very disappointing experience with two consecutive pairs
I ordered Carrera 1070/S sunglasses from Edel-Optics and unfortunately had issues with both pairs I received. The first pair had a problem, so I contacted customer service and went through the replacement process. I was then sent another pair, only for the replacement to arrive with three deep scratches on one of the lenses. I contacted customer service again and explained that I still wanted the same sunglasses, but given that I had now received two defective pairs, I asked whether the next pair could be physically checked for defects before being dispatched. I also explained that I would have £176 tied up in two orders while waiting for refunds and asked whether the refunds could be expedited or whether they could offer some goodwill gesture given the inconvenience. The responses felt very generic. They refused any goodwill gesture and initially only offered another replacement or a refund. They eventually confirmed I could place another order immediately and said they would “do our best” to check the next pair before dispatch. At that point, I simply didn’t have enough confidence to order a third pair from Edel-Optics. I have decided to return the sunglasses for a refund and purchase the same model elsewhere instead. I appreciate that customer service did ultimately offer a refund, but the fact that I received two consecutive defective pairs and didn’t feel reassured enough to risk ordering a third is extremely disappointing. I would expect better quality control when selling brand-new sunglasses, particularly when it comes to scratches on the lenses. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not order from Edel-Optics again.

Terrible company, avoid.
Terrible, avoid at all costs, ordered my glasses over a month ago, they blame their supplier, no updates just AI generic responses. If I could give them 0 I would.
