Amazing experience
Incredible experience! The organization and logistics managed by Anne was exceptional. Our driver Bima and the local guides Sam and Vitho were very welcoming and professional. We took the 2N3D package and our expectations were more than met, this tour is a must if you travel to East Java. Congratulations to the team, the service has been brilliant.

Excellent driver, guides and customizeable trip
We booked a 4D3N trip for 3 German couples, starting from Surabaya and visiting Tumpak Sewu, Bromo, Ijen and finally taking the ferry to Plataran Menjangan in Bali. Anne was very kind, responsive and flexible. She allowed us to customize the itinerary to fit our preferences, which made the whole trip much easier to organize. The hotel selections were great and offered good value, and the Hiace was very comfortable. We also received fresh bottled water every day at no extra cost. Our driver, Pak Navis, was excellent. He speaks English, was always on time, friendly and patient. He had to pick us up at around 2 AM almost every day and drive long distances on some pretty bumpy roads, yet he always remained cheerful. When one of our friends got sick, he also went out of his way to help us find a doctor. The local guides for the hikes were also kind, helpful and did their best to communicate in English. They showed us some beautiful spots and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the hikes. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated how attentive and accommodating the whole team was. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip around East Java!

Fantastica esperienza con Bromo Volcano! Tutti gli autisti e le guide sono stati gentilissimi e preparati. Ci hanno fatto trascorrere delle bellissime giornate e le escursioni sono state veramente stupende. Agenzia da consigliare assolutamente a chi visiterà Giava. Grazie!
