I have been looking for flight to KL for 2 months. today was the first time I saw a flight that was very reasonable for business class. Although I did not get the date I wanted to be there for my father's 88th birthday, at least I can make it.

I just used Budget Air for the first…
I just used Budget Air for the first time. I searched on KAYAK and clicked BOOK through budget air because they were the cheapest. BIG MISTAKE. My browser took me through to the budget Air website and the flights I had searched appeared on the screen and and booked them. BUT the moment I pressed book, I noticed on the screen that this was the same flight but on a TOTALLY DIFFERENT DAY. I was horrified and tried to stop the booking going through but it was too late. I Immediately got on the chat to their customer services and they told me it was ok that the tickets hadn't been issued yet so they could cancel them for a small fee. Then a few minutes went by while they 'looked at the booking' and then they came back and said they were sorry - it was too late and the booking has just been ticketed. My $3000 is not completely non refundable. They even seemed smug about it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said there isn't one available. So I guess that's it. BEWARE! It's a SCAM! Never book with this company and KAYAK - you should be ashamed that you point your customers in their direction.
