Never again
Never again! Our host, Swan, did not ensure all guests were provided for. Additionally, there were more than 60 individuals on this tour. It was very rushed, and we felt we were racing to keep up with his green flag. Additionally, we paid for access to the Michelangelo Museum and entrance to the Tower of Pisa. For the museum, we were charged more than the admission price, but we got nothing for it. Swan told us he would give us directions, but we were on our own to get there and back to the bus. As a result, we got lost going back to the bus, and if our friend was not on the bus, we would have been left behind! We were told by several in the group that he did not even do a head count before the bus started rolling out. The entire day was rushed. In Pisa, Swan told us to get off the bus immediately so we could get to the Tower. We only had time to climb the stairs, take a couple of pictures, then rush back to the bus. We've taken a lot of tours in Europe, this was the worst!

Do not book at all -they will cancel your trip!
I booked my tour (Day Trip from Rome to Amalfi and Pompeii) an entire month in advance due to peak season requests. And what happened? They informed me today (25 June) that due to "unforeseeable operational reason" they had to cancel my trip. If you want to be disappointed in advance, then book this company. They will drop your booking like nothing at all! BE WARNED!!!

Mailand - Sightseeing Experience
Leider fahren die Busse nicht immer nach Fahrtplan. Ferner funktionieren die Kopfhörer Anschlüsse nicht an jedem Sitzplatz. Die Haltestellen werden auch nicht durch jede/n Bus Begleiter/in abgesagt. Preis/Leistung stimmt aus diesen Gründen nicht!

I felt incredibly let down by a recent excursion with Sightseeing Experience. Despite purchasing the optional Accademia tickets, the group of 10 was treated unfairly by the tour guide. While 8 members were allowed to skip the line, the last two were told to go to the back, where the line wrapped around the building. When we asked why these two were singled out, the guide simply stated that the museum sets the limit for entry, not him. It's frustrating and humiliating to be left behind in such a manner. If the museum only allows 8 people at a time, the tour group should be limited to that number to prevent this kind of situation. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I urge the tour organizers to reevaluate their practices to avoid similar instances in the future.

Excursion de Rome à Pompei était…
Cette excursion de Rome à Pompei était super, ainsi que le petit arrêt à Naples (ici temps très court, ne comptez pas visiter) je ne regrette pas du tout, c'etait très bien organisé et tous les intervenants, chauffeur de bus, animatrice et guide étaient fabuleux. N'hésitez pas même si c'est un peu coûteux.
