THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. Just don't do it. I set up my (allegedly) 20TB drive a few years ago. I remember that I had major issues getting it going. Sadly, at the time I just assumed it was me; my Internet speed, my system, not accepting possible limitations of the system, etc. I went back to it a week ago. I actually had forgotten that I had it, and was now seeking a newer and better cloud storage situation. But I figured 'What the heck!' and tried doing an upload of some large music folders. No go. It took HOURS to do the upload - far more time than it should have. But even that was, to a degree, acceptable. But for TWO DAYS it has been saying 'Upload indexing' while the wheels next to all of my uploaded file names continue to spin. And no, I did NOT bother contacting customer service. As you can see in all of these other reviews, there is no point in doing so. Just... stay away. Sure, it was 'only' $89.00, but if for some reason you think you want to get a PrismDrive account just burn a $20 bill and save yourself $69.

Inaccessible. Got a "lifetime deal" and scammed. This "bad deal" has made me also not ever trust the "big player" social software sales site whom introduced me to this worthless scam of a service I no longer trust them either and will never buy anything they recommend. Boo.

The website and all my files are gone
A year ago uploading files was painfully slow. Today all my files disappeared. The website becomes Error establishing a database connection and some script error What a waste of money and time.

Prism Drive seems to have gone…
Prism Drive seems to have gone completely. Links now just take you to some code with syntax errors. And saying no space left on drive Obviously they have just taken the money and ran. It seemed to be working okay, even though I didn't use it much, or often, but to find it gone was the"icing on the cake" Seems we've all been scammed. If there were minus stars to give I would do that.

has never work for 5 years only able to…
has never work for 5 years only able to upload about 10 files taking 5 days to do it now i get this for a 20 ter bite never got to up load more then 300 meg of data now i get this fwrite: Write of 2200 bytes failed with errno=28 No space left on device when i log in don't by this service and they don't respond to you
