I would advise everyone to stay well…
I would advise everyone to stay well clear of this Company. I booked and paid for a car from them to collect 15/8/26. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled so I could not collect the car on the date I requested. I informed Planet Rentalcars immediately of our situation and told them we would collect a few days later. We were delayed 4 days but when we got to the Alamo desk in Phoenix, we were told that the car had been cancelled by Planet Rentalcars without paying.for it - and there were no other cars available. After paying for the first car, we then had to rent another and pay again. I have been in touch with Planet Rental several times with a view to getting our money back without success. We paid them for car hire, but they did not pay Alamo - in effect trousering our money. Please stay away from these people and save yourself a lot of hassle, there are a lot of genuine car hire companies out there - but this isn’t one of them. Steve

Der Mitarbeiter von Avis Budget war sehr freundlich und erklärte das Wichtigste. Das Auto war gut ujd einfach zu finden wo es steht und dass man mit einem Bus dort hingefahren wird.

AurumCars takes zero responsibility …
AurumCars takes zero responsibility on its rental contracts. I booked my rental with Pandora via AurumCars. On the pickup day, Pandora refused my credit card saying it is a business card and they don't accept business cards. Nowhere in the contract did they mention about it. They made me pay extra 200 euro for nothing. AurumCars did nothing even though they sold me a rental from a scammer Pandora whose sole purpose is to rip off tourists. AurumCars claims that I signed the contract with deposit waiver. Of course I did it. I had no other option, my entire family was waiting for me outside in the hot weather so we could go to our hotel. Pandora did the scamming and AurumCars took zero responsibility.
