Worse camera and even worse customer…
Worse camera and even worse customer service. The camera simply doesn’t work properly. Every photo had almost no contrast and a yellowish band along one side of the image. I contacted customer service immediately. They had me resetting the camera and going back and forth for quite a while before finally agreeing to process a refund. To make matters worse, I had to pay about $18 to ship it back, and they deducted the cost of the film cartridge I had opened just to test the camera. Their final message was that this is how the camera is supposed to perform. If that’s true, then it’s simply a very poor-quality camera. Please don’t waste your time, energy, or money. I ended up throwing away almost $40 and dealing with an incredibly frustrating customer service experience. Never again.

No repair
No issue with the support agent, I understand that he was following protocol however I'm stuck with a broken polaroid printer and nothing I can do to fix it. £70 down the drain because I had it for 6 months and the Bluetooth connection isn't working. Support told me to contact the seller who I bought the printer from and they got back to me saying it was from an online shop but they couldn't find the order number. It happens I get it, but when I asked if I can at least pay for the repair since apparently the warranty doesn't apply (even though the policy states that warranty only applies to purchases made on the site with the exception of cameras and printers) I was told that wasn't an option. Why is that not an option, if you would be able to fix it if it was under warranty?

Disappointed with the quality - Broken brand new sunglasses
I recently purchased a brand new pair of Polaroid sunglasses (Model: PLD 8071/S) from Sunlab in Valletta, expecting the durability that the brand usually stands for. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed. Less than a month after the purchase, the glasses literally snapped in half right at the nose bridge during normal, careful usage. This was not caused by an accidental drop; the plastic frame simply cracked under standard wear in a matter of weeks, which clearly indicates a severe manufacturing defect and poor structural integrity. To make matters worse, I went back to the Sunlab store in Valletta, and they refused to honor the warranty, claiming they "do not cover breakage." Under EU consumer law, a structural failure within the first month is legally presumed to be a manufacturing defect, and the seller/manufacturer is required to provide a remedy. I do not want a replacement pair, as I no longer trust the quality of this product and fear it will happen again. I am writing this review in hopes that Polaroid's corporate customer service team will step in, contact their authorized retailer, and process a full refund for this defective item. I look forward to a prompt response.

Very poor product and service
Very poor product and service. Refusing to let me return a product that was a gift and was not wanted due the awkward design of the camera and worse the image quality being so bad. Support domain is not verified and results in all communications going to spam.

Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu wenig.
Selbst ein Stern ist noch zu wenig. Habe eine Sonnenbrille bestellt, diese ist aber nie bei mir angekommen, weil UPS faule Ars…. sind. Aber Polaroid ist noch fauler, sie kann man nicht mal erreichen und sie unterstützen ihre Kunden null!
