Nice GPS Tracker with room for…
Nice GPS Tracker with room for improvement. -Tracking accuracy is reasonable. -Utilizes 4g/gps/wifi/bluetooth -Battery life dependant on % of data source used. WiFi/Bluetooth has longest life ~10/20 days, 4g/gps ~4/7 days. We utilize PetCube trackers on our Livestock Guardians who are outdoors with our critters 90% of the time, so the trackers only have access to cell/gps, no WiFi or Bluetooth. As a result the battery life is significantly reduced to about 6 days. Also, moisture can be an issue and the Glow-in-the-dark flexible silicon case is cool but holds water and is sensitive to rough housing. All in all a good tracker, just be mindful of limitations in remote areas and rural farm settings.

Purchased a small petcube frim TSC and…
Purchased a small petcube frim TSC and it worked good for a month and then stopped working. It was pass the 30 day return so contacted the company directly and they gave me things to try but none of them worked. They wre going to offer to send me a new one until they found out that i lived in Canada and informed they don’t service anyone outside of the U.S. why do they even sell them in other countries? Would never purchsse any of their products again!!!

I really like that I can check on my...
I really like that I can check on my dogs while I cant be their but I have some issues when it comes to the app itself and the subscriptions. One issue I have is the microphone picking up sound coming from the dog's end of the call and causing a terrible screeching that scares my dogs. The other issue i have is I dont have the money to pay for the subscription monthly or yearly, if anything I wish I could pick one item out of the entire package to pay for at a cheaper price than the full package for instance I would like to only have notifications rather than all 7 perks. Just a suggestion that I think people in my situation would appreciate, but overall a great product especially if you have the money!

rubbish camera won't let you connect…
rubbish camera won't let you connect half the time it's a real hit and miss camera that costs a fortune and the treats cone out so aggressively my little sausage is scared of it now. Nice idea, poor delivery and even poorer app

AVOID!
AVOID! At some point my Petcube cam was disconnected, and I couldn’t reconnect it. At the same time my subscription didn’t show under my account; however, Petcube has continued to charge my credit card and I cannot unsubcribe (since it seems I don’t have a subscription). I have tried contacting Petcube several times over a month and receive no reply. I need to order a new credit card since there is no other way to stop them charging me.
