Rating of 2.6 yet 95% 5 star reviews claimed!
This company are claiming that a review I posted during February 2024 is defamatory. I purchased Brita water filters from them via Amazon. All my review stated is the fact that they sent me filters that were a cheaper version of the ones I had paid them for. What I also find difficult to understand is that this company has a rating of only 2.6, ie. poor, and yet the claimed number of 5 star reviews is 95%, this simply doesn’t add up!

Appalling Company
I bought a hair dryer via Amazon from this company. It broke whilst still under warranty. As retailers they are responsible for this, yet failed repeatedly to respond to all contacts. Appalling Company! Their website has no email.

Ordered 2 items, received one, no refund
This company screwed me over years ago. I never left a review. Here it is. I ordered 2 x the same item and they only sent one. After contacting them they essentially told me I was lying and that they had sent 2. I asked them to check their warehouse/stock/packing cameras/anything to see that no, they only sent me one. Refused to refund. Owner's mum was the customer service. I asked her to pass my concern onto the owners and she responded with "Chris is aware of your emails". Two boys who have had some success and continue to screw people over with the with their lack of honesty and business acumen it seems.

Order with caution
Ordered an item….. got a tracking number….unable to track. Multiple emails….. no response. Had to ask PayPal to step in. PayPal refunded. No communication with the company at all. I’d personally avoid

Ordered an item, was very shorty afterwards updated to dispatched with a tracking number. After a week still hadn’t been handed to courier. Had to file for a refund with PayPal. Should have read the reviews first.
