From the minute I ordered my wellness…
From the minute I ordered my wellness vibrator I received regular updates on where my package was throughout the delivery process. I just received my bold product today and omg I have never experienced a toy like this before it hits all the right spots at all the right times to suit what I enjoy. I highly recommend spending the extra money for the quality and satisfaction this product delivers.

I have yet to receive my package after…
I have yet to receive my package after a month. I try to put in my confirmation number or shipping number and they say there isn’t an order! I have sent several emails with little response. I will not be ordering from them again because I spent a lot of money and still no products received!

If I could put no star I would. Received my order. Both items received were defective. I was asked to provide a video. How do you provide a video of items that are defective. They do not hold the charge. On charge they do not turn on (not sure it’s possible without instructions). The refund policy I am being told is if only one item was opened l!?!! I obviously opened both items I purchased to charge. Neither worked. I did the right by emailing cs. Here’s their response: Hi …….., I’m sorry to hear the products weren’t the right fit for you. At NUMY, we want you to be able to genuinely try our products without worrying about being stuck with something that doesn’t work for you. 💜 That’s why, as stated in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, we allow one product per order to be opened, tried and still be eligible for a refund— something that isn’t commonly offered with intimate products due to hygiene reasons. For your opened product, you have two options: Option 1 — Keep it & receive a 50% refund We can process a 50% refund right away, and you don’t need to return the product. Since opened products must be disposed of when returned, this helps avoid unnecessary international shipping and environmental waste. Option 2 — Return it & receive a full refund If you prefer a full refund, ofcourse that’s possible too! You’re welcome to return the opened product instead. I love My Bold product
I love My Bold product! Once I got the lubricant right, the more the better, found it to be exactly as described. Customer service outstanding and it arrived very quickly and packaging was insignificant, exactly as promised. Loved sharing this experience with my husband, has put a "zest" into our intimacy! Definitely recommend to any woman wanting a bit of adventure!

Service was perfect, even if item wasn't for me
I am rating my experience a 5 even though the product was not necessarily right for me. I think it's important to emphasize that the poor experiences in the rest of these reviews may have been the occasional human error fluke. I ordered, received immediate confirmation and shipping, and had the item in less than a week even with international shipping from the warehouse with the closest or most availability. The product functions fine, though I agree with other reviews that it may be too big for most female builds for full comfort. I decided to request a return mostly for preference reasons and not any issue with the product or service. I was provided with an immediate solution and I'm quite happy. I would say you can order with confidence and consider the good reviews to be reliable.
