I was wronged by this company and do not recommend them to anyone. I bought replacement parts for phone repairs, but they sent me the completely wrong items—parts for a different model with different sizes and fittings. I returned the parts, yet they refuse to refund the amount I paid. They have stopped answering emails, and I cannot access the customer portal to view the supposed credit (which I have no interest in anyway, as I want a full refund). I acted properly throughout the process, but they are handling the situation irresponsibly and dishonestly. They didn't even give me a chance to negotiate; instead, they imposed a supposed credit that no one can see or access. To prove their bad character and dishonesty: after I filed this complaint, they blocked my account instead of resolving the matter amicably and honestly—preferring to further tarnish their already terrible reputation.

I recently decided to try repairing my iPhone 12 Pro because in addition to the battery health being low, the camera no longer focused and the charging port was flaky. I’d hesitated on replacing just the battery earlier due to the complexity, but found that Apple (via 3rd party) rents a set of pro repair tools for ~$50 so I felt a bit better about DIY. I bought aftermarket parts from MS (they also sell new & used OEM, but they were too expensive for this old a phone). To start with, I do a lot of DIY and am good with tools. However, even with the pro tools I’d recommend thinking twice about doing this. There are a lot of different size & type micro screws and you need a lot of care and patience taking these newer phones apart. Anyway, once I tried to install the new Lightning port assembly, I had trouble getting one of the connectors into its socket on the logic board. I should have contacted MicroSentrix, but it was the weekend and I had only 7 days for the repair kit. So I tried numerous times to get the connector to click. I had already successfully reconnected about 10 other connectors, so I was comfortable with the process. I finally figured it might need a bit more force since it’s a power cable. That turned out to be a big mistake, since in the end the socket got messed up. I reached out to MS, explained the situation and asked if they’d let me return the unused parts. They issued an RMA and, after receipt of the parts, refunded 100% of what I’d spent. If I had to do this over again, I wouldn’t hesitate dealing with MobileSentrix. I’d also be even more careful about the repair and contact MS right away in case of any issues. I am super impressed with this caliber of customer service.

Lcd scherm en usb aansluiting voor n oude alcatel 3x 2020 smartphone gekocht. Refurbished. Zaterdag bestelt. Maandag in huis. Bestelling gedaan via mobilesentrix.eu

To be honest, I rarely write any reviews but after ordering an "AQ7 Aftermark Pro LCD" for an iPhone 12 I had to repair I was forced to. I had almost no hope of such a high quality screen for such a low price of 11.67 pounds (20 quid after VAT & shipping). The colours are far better than any cheap chinese aliexpress OLED screen and the bezels. Wow! The chin is completely uniform with the bezels on the sides, maintaining a uniform thickness. Honestly one of the best aftermarket screens that makes itself look like an OLED (even though its an LCD!). Not to mention the screen itself is reasonably thin making it sit flush with the phone. I would highly recommend buying an AQ7 LCD screen from mobile sentrix rather than an OLED as they are virtually the same thing with excellent all around quality but at a heck of alot cheaper price. Though one thing i would love is free delivery as 4.99 is harsh in my opinion, but thats just me and i love cutting costs 😅. Not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews though.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
