I am here to say the I have been using the same LOQI shopping bag for 10years now and it is still very reliable. I have now stressed about how heavy or bulky the things are that I place in it. I know many people have issues with the redesign but I honestly only use the zipper bag (it’s neater) and have never used the inner pocket or snaps. Just put the zipper bag in the bag when you use it and you won’t loose it. I have never lost one. I trust this shopping bag so much.

Servizio clienti ridicolo che mi ha…
Servizio clienti ridicolo che mi ha risposto in tedesco prendendomi in giro. Da tempo osservavo le loro borse per la spesa per farne regali di Natale. Prezzo 15€ e spedizione gratuita 60€(come ancora oggi) Arriva il Black Friday, prezzo ribassato a 12€, ne compro 5 (anche su indicazione del sito per non pagare le spese) e loro mi applicano le spedizione. Lo evidenzio, si scusano MA NON RIMBORSANO! Non sono seri, i loro dirigenti si meriterebbero di andare per fossi!

They changed the design, not for the better.
Loqi have changed their design. They no longer have the inner pocket you can fold the bag into, or the snap close strap. So what do you do? Only way to store them in the tight fitting separate pouch. Poor design decision for what used to be a good product.

They used to be fabulous
They used to be fabulous, but the design has gone downhill. Before they had a little pouch attached inside which you could very easily fold the bag into. Now there's only the separate zip purse (easily lost) and it's a very tight squeeze to get the bag back into it. Still pretty though.

1. no shipping time when you order, on the whole web page you can not know when they send packages 2. fedex or loqi screwed the home address: instead of Poland they shipped to Sweden, then to France 3. quick refund 4. no more loqi
