Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company. Very cheaply made backpack upon arrival. This was the return reply request: Dear Customer, We are sorry you are not satisfied with this backpack. After reviewing the photos you provided, we have found no defects or problems with the backpack; it is in normal working order. If you return the backpack for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As a considerate solution, we can offer a $3 compensation, allowing you to keep the backpack without returning it. Do you accept this offer? Sincerely, LOVEVOOK Customer Service Team They now have said they will give me $10 (max compensation) to keep it. I fear this may be all I get even if I pay the return fees. Don’t buy from this company!

DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T BUY.
For a company that claims to accept returns, they certainly don't make it easy! I've been in an 8+ response email standoff. They refuse to uphold the policies on their website, and keep offering me more and more money to NOT return the item. They initially offered me $5 as compensation (insulting, considering the item was $40), and as I continued to refuse their offers and insist on return instructions and a shipping label, the offer eventually made it to $15. Still not enough compensation for a $40 bag. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Still waiting on my shipping label.

Not a good quality
It was a very nice bag, until I washed it. The "Rubber band" Holding the computer schratched the bag and made a hole. It worked pretty well, but you cant fit your food and a pencil case, mostly books. Also if you have a computer in it, you cannot fit your waterbottle, and I really wanted it to fit on the outside. I wont buy one again. ALso it flossed after a short time, had it for 2 month, didnt last long enough.

I ordered a love book backpack
I ordered a love book backpack. It was not what I had wanted, based on the description. I contacted the company to return the product. I followed their requirements and got this response. For returns requested due to personal reasons (not product quality issues, such as price differences), the return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer, and international return shipping costs are high. Additionally, the return process is time-consuming; the package is sent back to the warehouse, inspection is completed, and a refund is issued, which typically takes 1-2 weeks, resulting in a significant time commitment of your funds and items. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you keep the item and not return it. To provide you with a satisfactory solution, we can apply for a partial refund as compensation for keeping the bag: We can provide you with an $5 refund, which will be directly refunded to your original payment account, without requiring the return of the bag. This way, you can keep the received item, avoid return shipping costs and complicated procedures, and receive your refund compensation quickly. We value your shopping experience and look forward to your prompt response. Thank you for your understanding and support. Sincerely, LOVEVOOK The item was ordered and I received it via Amazon 2 days later, so it was not shipped internationally. Strong arm tactics and they did not follow their return policy. I would not order from this company again.

This is a terrible company
This is a terrible company! My dad bought a gift for my daughter. She wanted a different color so I contacted the company. I explained that I didn’t want to contact my dad because it was a gift but wanted to exchange it instead. Their emails were ridiculously complicated asking the same questions repeatedly. Finally after many emails, they sent a return label where I had to pay shipping. It’s $25 to send it!!! I did figuring it was a gift so it was basically costing me $25 for a backpack. Dumb mistake I made there. I sent it back and they “accidentally” refunded my dad. It was their mistake but all they offered was a coupon code on buying a new backpack. I’ll never buy anything from them!!
