Ordered a pair of handmade Loake oxfords from Greece. The site mentioned that the price is inclusive of EU customs duties, and they indeed delivered! A pleasure being able to order from the UK again post-brexit. Ah, and perfect customer service, fair prices and prompt shipping.

Very disappointed with Herringshoes…
Very disappointed with Herringshoes return policy, not only you have to pay to return your item, they will charge you the original delivery cost and refund the rest. Buying shoes online is a very tricky by its nature as they won't be suitable for every feet size and shape especially when it comes to formal shoes. As far as I have seen all other online shoe shops cover the cost of returns let alone the original shipping cost. One word, Disappointed!
