Les visuels sont très beaux
Les visuels sont très beaux, le coton bio ok mais alors les logos se sont barrés en moins d'un an, donc très cher pour avoir un t-shirt qui dure pas un an...

I would no longer recommend this…
Update: After posting my experience and trying to get help, I was blocked on social media instead of receiving support. It is very disappointing to see that there is clearly time to manage social media activity, but not to respond to customer emails or process refunds. This raises serious concerns about how this company treats its customers. I would no longer recommend this website. I have ordered from High Hope Clothing multiple times before and everything always went well. That’s exactly why this situation is so disappointing. My partner and I are regular customers and have spent a significant amount of money with this brand. This time, however, everything went wrong. After placing my order, I was informed that one of the items was out of stock in my size. I replied to their email asking for a different size, but I never received any response. After two weeks, I still hadn’t received my order or any update. I contacted them again to ask about the status of my order, but again, no response. Meanwhile, the original order was shipped without properly addressing my request. Eventually, I had to return the items. The returned products were delivered back to High Hope three weeks ago, and I still have not received any refund. This is unacceptable. Especially considering we have been loyal customers and spent a lot of money with them. This situation makes me feel angry, frustrated, and honestly worried that I may not get my money back. Very disappointing experience.

Utterly lousy customer service
Returned an order (did not pick it up so it returned). According to freight company the order was returned to high hope, but i still had to pay for the goods that i did not receive and i've tried to get in contact with customer service for a week without success. Scam company, do not buy 😔

My favourite place to get t-shirts
Love their hoodies and t-shirts. Good quality that wears and washes really well. They're my favourite t-shirts and I've worn them so much over several years that the print has begun to wear. Time for some new ones. 😁 I'm tall and struggle with ladies short tees and hoodies so the unisex approach suits me really well.

Een keer, maar nooit meer
In het verleden al eens besteld en die ervaring was goed. Omdat ons de shirts bevielen nog een bestelling geplaatst, maar deze zou meer dan een week al geleverd worden en helaas nog steeds niks ontvangen. Heb ze al via meerdere kanalen geprobeerd te bereiken hierover maar nog steeds geen enkele reactie terug
