Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Bad Service on Alibaba
I contacted this company, which is sometimes called GSC Coffee Vending or sometimes Wuhan Gao Shen Wei Ye Technology Co. Mostly it seems they sell on Alibaba platform. I'm not even sure they're legit. I had asked them about some reviews I had read online which were all bad. They gave some really poor answers to my questions; seemed they totally didn't care about responding to the reviews or my questions - only push me to order offline; they want my contact info to contact me off Alibaba where I would have no protection in a sales dispute. One of the reviews I read had the contact info of an unhappy customer, so I contact them to ask for more details of their experience. It sounded like a nightmare; they had emails, photo and videos showing problems with the machine. Looks like it is impossible to keep it clean inside and drinks came out with protein powder not well mixed at all. I asked GSC Coffee Vending company about these videos. Again, they made some many stupid claims which were not believable and then they sent me some reviews which looked like they had written them themselves. We ended up speaking with the manager of a gym who had one of these vending machines and he said after 2 months of customer complaints about watery drinks and other problems, he got rid of the machine. I wouldn't by this junk and the service from the staff on Alibaba was unprofessional.

Grausamer Kundenservice mit Maschine von schlechter qualität. Unpräzise und schwer zu verstehen. Glaubt nicht dass das Support-team euch helft. Kalter, arroganter kundenservice der immer wieder eine ausrede findet und die schuld beim kinden sieht. Support wurde versprochen aber wurde nie geliefert- bishin zum kompletten Kommunikationsstistand. Jede Art von Business mit gecoffeevending/coffeeji auf jeden fall vermeiden!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service Me and a business partner purchased a machine with the prospect of having 10 more units with a successful launch. Contact people were only friendly until they received the transfer, machine was delayed by weeks- no apology or refund offered. Machine arrived and service support to set it up was at minimum. The machine made drinks inconsistently and customer service just blamed us instead of admitting the bad quality of their product. Unfriendly and rude replies is all we got even after submitting videos of the machine making drinks. Cheap plastic containers, hoses and low quality software is what you will get. Not only did we disappoint customers but also lost contracts thanks to gscoffeevending. They furthermore refused to send or share any warranty agreements, refund any money or have us return the machine and being absolutely rude- until a point where they simply did not reply anymore. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

DO NOT buy products from this company. We ordered a protein shake vending machine and not only did it take 175 days to arrive instead of the 25 days promised; it didn’t even work!! When we complained, the service was non-existent, defensive, and downright rude. We sent videos of the machine not even accepting local currency and we still had no assistance (some coins worked and others did not). Because some customers paid with coins that actually DID work, this company told us that we ‘had no problems, the machine is working fine!’. The drinks are completely inconsistent with some drinks getting more powder than others; leaving customers unhappy. Another problem is that when any drink is made, not ALL of the powder is dispensed into the cup (imagine pouring powder from one cup to another and you get the idea). This powder floats around inside the machine and builds up into a sticky coating that gets absolutely everywhere. The only thing you can do to stay on top of this unhygienic mess is to clean it every day or so. When we complained about this, they said we need to do daily maintenance. What good is a vending machine that requires daily maintenance? They claim to offer free life time assistance. We would routinely wait for over a week to get any help at all. When they would be bothered to reply, they only offered help if we had the problem on video. How you get a video of a problem which took place INSIDE a sealed vending machine? Is this some kind of joke? Oh, and just try to get help in off-hours; not going to happen. Protein shakes are limited on the amount of powder that can be dissolved so even though they sell you a machine that uses 14 oz (355 ml) cups; you can only fill up about half of it! Any more and you risk powder not dissolving; which will gum up the machine and cause it to get blocked and deliver only water to the customer. Good times! This company and the garbage they sell, should be out of business! Buyer beware!! I just don’t want to see other people get ripped off like we were.
