Stayed at this resort as a family of three. Resort lacked major children entertainment interaction. Children were made to stand in front of the stage and watch a projector operated film under the term ‘children disco’. What’s more concerning…..Our experience at this resort was extremely disappointing and has left us feeling frustrated, unsupported, and deeply concerned about the security of guests' belongings. During our stay, a bag containing our duty-free purchases went missing from our room. This was not a public area, shared facility, or communal space. It was our private guest room, assigned exclusively to us for the duration of our stay. Guests should be entitled to leave their personal belongings in their room without later being blamed if those belongings disappear. As soon as we discovered the loss, we reported the matter to resort management and expected a thorough investigation. Unfortunately, the response we received fell far below what we would consider acceptable. Rather than demonstrating concern or taking proactive steps to investigate the disappearance of our property, management appeared largely uninterested in resolving the matter. The most upsetting aspect of this experience was the attitude displayed by management, particularly Mr UĞUR KAYA. Instead of acknowledging our concerns and reassuring us that a proper investigation would be conducted, his comments gave us the clear impression that responsibility for the loss rested with us simply because we had left our belongings in our room. We found this implication both unfair and unacceptable. A hotel room is not a general public space. It is a private area provided to paying guests for the safekeeping of themselves and their possessions during their stay. Suggesting that guests are at fault for leaving their belongings inside their own room completely ignores the fundamental expectation of security that any guest should reasonably have when staying at a resort of this nature. Due to the dismissive attitude shown by management and the apparent lack of interest in properly investigating the incident, we felt compelled to report the matter to the police. A police report has been made regarding the disappearance of our property and the circumstances surrounding the incident. It is also important to note that access to guest rooms is restricted. Room keys and access credentials are generally held by the guest and authorised resort staff. Given that our personal belongings disappeared from a room specifically allocated to us, and not from a public or unsecured location, we believe the circumstances warrant serious scrutiny and a full investigation. Despite this, we were left with the impression that management was more interested in deflecting responsibility than in establishing what had happened. At no point were we offered a satisfactory solution, meaningful assistance, or reassurance that the matter was being taken seriously. Instead, we felt blamed, ignored, and treated as though the loss of our property was somehow our own responsibility. The disappearance of our duty-free purchases was distressing enough, but the way the situation was handled by resort management significantly worsened the experience. We expected professionalism, empathy, accountability, and a genuine effort to investigate. Unfortunately, we received none of these. Based on our experience, we have serious concerns regarding both the security standards at this resort and the manner in which guest complaints are handled. The complete lack of effective action, coupled with the implication that we were responsible for the loss of items from our own room, has severely damaged our confidence in this establishment. We left feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously and that no meaningful effort was made to investigate the disappearance of our belongings or provide an appropriate resolution. This was not merely a loss of property; it was a failure of customer care, accountability, and basic guest security, and one that has ultimately required police involvement because of the resort's unwillingness to adequately address the matter.

Overall the staff are helpful. The room was clean and when I asked for it to be changed due to the location, this was done the following day. Lovely outside areas and lots of space for sun bathing. However, if you don’t like cigarette smoke, this is not the place for you. The people smoke everywhere and have no consideration for those who do not. Lots for people with no manners! Just push past and don’t like to queue. The food in the buffet restaurant is the same most days and lacks taste. The best thing was the cakes. Don’t book any trips with the guys who are there. If you are not happy, they are not interested. Booked a horse riding trip with my daughter. The transfer who came to collect us played foul music that contained lots of swearing and the use of the n word. The horse riding, well was very poor. Just rode horses in the bush and literally did two circles in the sand. As soon as we arrived it was all about paying for photos and a tip! The photos very poor. If I had used my mobile they would’ve been far better. I complained to the rep at the hotel and his colleague. Was advised by Yusuf that he would be in contact but nothing. Don’t book trips via these reps! Do your own research and find your own. I stayed for one week and was happy when it was over.

**NOT what I expected from a “Luxury – Kids Concept – Ultra All Inclusive” resort** This is our first night at **Granada Luxury Belek**, and unfortunately the experience so far has been extremely disappointing. We chose this hotel specifically because it presents itself as **Luxury, Kids Concept and Ultra All Inclusive**. We have previously stayed at Güral, Rixos and Delphin, so we know what high-level family resorts in Turkey can offer. Surprisingly, we paid even more for this stay. **1. Ultra All Inclusive?** No ice cream included, no chocolates, no granita, and even popcorn for children costs extra. The brands and products offered seem very low-level for a hotel calling itself “Luxury”. When we choose Ultra All Inclusive, it is not because we cannot afford a few extra euros — it is because we don't want to take out our wallet every time our children want a snack or activity. **2. Where is the Kids Concept?** In the evening, children practically have nothing included to do. No proper mini-disco, no children's shows and no meaningful evening entertainment. The obvious alternatives are electronic games and amusement rides that cost extra. A Kids Concept resort should entertain children, not continuously direct parents towards paid activities. **3. Very disappointing room.** The floor feels sticky under our feet. As a couple, we were given a **SUPER SINGLE bed, NOT a proper double bed**, completely different from what we expected from the online presentation. Sound insulation is terrible: we clearly hear the children and even the TV from the neighboring room. After travelling all day, I am exhausted but cannot sleep because of the noise. **4. Food.** Many dishes we tried were cold and lacked taste. More concerning, after eating at the hotel today I became ill and spent most of the afternoon in the bathroom with stomach problems. I cannot medically claim food poisoning; I can only state what happened after eating here. **5. Kids Club.** Another major disappointment. Staff members we encountered could not communicate adequately in English. The facilities did not appear sufficiently clean, are much smaller than the impression created by the promotional photos, and different age groups appear to share a very limited space. This is far from what we expected from a hotel promoting a Kids Concept. **6. Housekeeping.** There is no adequate afternoon room cleaning/refresh service. Travelling with children, the room naturally needs attention during the day, yet I end up cleaning and organizing it myself. **I am on vacation. I did not pay luxury hotel prices to become the housekeeper of my own hotel room.** This is NOT about whether we can afford €2, €5 or €10 extra. It is about **what was advertised and what we paid for: LUXURY – KIDS CONCEPT – ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE.** So far, those words simply do not match the experience being delivered. **MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT:** We are still staying at the hotel — **Room 4213**. If management reads this review, we would genuinely appreciate these issues being addressed **while we are still here**, rather than receiving a generic apology after our holiday is over. There is still time for Granada Luxury Belek to show us the level of service that the word **“Luxury”** is supposed to represent.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Granada Luxury Belek. I travelled with my mother, who is a full-time electric wheelchair user and cannot walk. For anyone using an electric wheelchair, access to electricity is not a luxury—it is an essential need. During our stay, I asked the staff for assistance three separate times, but nobody was willing to help. Instead, I was repeatedly told to "go and find the hotel's electrician yourself." This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star luxury resort. To make matters worse, the power socket in our room is faulty. To keep the kettle plugged in, you have to hold the plug in the socket by hand, which is extremely dangerous and a serious safety hazard. When I asked what support the hotel could provide, I was simply told, "Nothing." That is not the level of service anyone should expect from a five-star hotel. I also felt that I was treated differently because I am Iranian. The staff member's attitude was rude and dismissive. However, when I mentioned that I had travelled from the UK, the attitude changed immediately. No guest should ever feel they are treated differently because of their nationality. I paid around £6,000 for this holiday, expecting a luxury experience and basic accessibility support. Instead, I experienced poor customer service, a lack of empathy, and unsafe room conditions. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially to anyone travelling with a disabled family member or someone who relies on an electric wheelchair.
