Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a Yeti Pro 4000 from the open box sale. I didn't expect it to be perfect as it was not brand new. However, after charging through the AC port, I purchased solar panels and those would not charge the unit. After opening a ticket, Michael helped me go through troubleshooting to attempt to find a resolution. Turns out a component within the system, the charge controller to be exact, was not working. I attempted some work arounds on my own after discussion with Michael who in turn explained my thought processes with the engineering team. At the end of the day, it was determined that swapping out the unit would be best for my situation. I am still overwhelmed at the professionalism of Michael and the efforts that went into making sure I had a properly working unit. It was an open box item, they could have said, too bad, that's why it's on sale. They did not do this, they made sure I was one hundred percent happy and I am!! Thank you Michael and everyone at Goal Zero. I tell everyone how wonderful your company is and how much I appreciate the quality of not only your products but also your customer service team!!

I have had a yeti 500x for a little over 2 years and have used it twice. On both occasions it will not keep a charge after being unplugged from the wall. Now it will not even take a charge. Customer service tells me it's out of warranty. Nothing but a doorstep.

Goal Zero ist der ein großer Scam
Goal Zero ist der ein großer Scam. Kostet viel, verbraucht viel, kann nichts und Support ist quasi nicht vorhanden. Ich habe einen yeti 1500x und war anfangs relativ zufrieden. Dann habe ich einen yeti link gekauft um den Speicher zu erweitern. Tja der link war Teil einer Rückruf Aktion. Ich hatte also den link ohne Kabel… Verkäufer wollte nichts davon wissen und Goal Zero meinte: selber schuld das du den gekauft hast. Paypal wollte auch nichts wissen. Also 300€ für die Mülltonne. Dann den zweiten link gekauft. Mit Kabel, funktioniert….. aber der yeti lädt nur von der Batterie in den yeti, nicht umgekehrt…. Steht auch nirgendwo…… also alles in allem habe ich einen Haufen Geld in ein amerikanisches Unternehmen investiert und habe nun gar nichts…. Vielen Dank!!!!!!! Nie wieder

So very happy with Andrew's technical support and service!!
After getting lots of good use at home out of my 1500x over the past 5+ years in Oregon, during severe weather and power outages or going camping for a weekend or longer, I helped my very active and safety-focused Mom to buy her own 1500x last September for her home in Oregon. We got it ready to provide power for my Mom and Dad if their electricity goes out during the next big storm on the west coast of Florida. When I went home to visit for Mother's Day, we noticed that the power bank was having difficulty holding a charge. I contacted Goal Zero when I got back to OR, and Andrew helped me out to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue for my Mom remotely, which was such a kind thing to do. Once we tried an initial simple strategy to remedy the problem, it worked out just as Andrew had predicted, and we got everything up and running smoothly again which my Mom and I were so grateful for. Keep up the good work, and thanks again!

Great customer service answered right…
Great customer service answered right away. Didn’t have to wait or get a call back was able to reset my 6000 lithium max quickly and now I’m up and running through the cloud. I also have a solar with 4 12V batteries hooked to it. Using a 20 amp interface I bought a lot of products over the year gold Zero is great. Excellent customer service.
