I don't know yet if it is helping me but the customer service is excellent! Due to an error with their system they sent me a second unit. I put it aside and figured I would gift it to my younger son (we both had brain tumors last year requiring surgery). About a month later they emailed asking if I would send it back or pay and I was going to send it back but then said that as an attorney this is their error and I should be able to keep it and give it to my son. They agreed! I have started tweaking the session, adding red light to the end to calm my eyes down and may add an evening red light session. Looking forward to playing with it more.

They Turned My Frustration Into Gratitude
I bought my AYO+ glasses through a third-party retailer, so technically I wasn't even their direct customer. Unfortunately, I ran into several issues right from the start: shipping fees, import taxes, pairing problems, and then I discovered that the app wasn't included with my purchase. At that point, I honestly expected a frustrating experience. Instead, the AYO support team went above and beyond. They replied quickly, patiently walked me through troubleshooting, and when they understood my situation, they found a solution that completely changed my experience. What impressed me most wasn't just that my problem was solved. It was the way they treated me. They showed empathy, kindness, and a genuine desire to make sure I had a great experience with their product, even though I hadn't bought directly from them. As someone who also works with customers, I know how meaningful it is when people take the time to say "thank you." Exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized, and AYO has absolutely earned my trust and loyalty. Thank you, Lia, and thank you to the entire AYO team. ❤️ **Update (after several weeks of use):** I wanted to come back and update my original review because my experience with AYO has continued to impress me. A few weeks after everything was set up, Lia from the AYO team reached out just to ask how I was feeling and whether I was seeing any improvements. This wasn't a generic follow-up email. She took the time to understand my sleep schedule, how I was responding to the light therapy, and then suggested personalized adjustments to my protocol. Thanks to those recommendations, my sleep has become much more consistent. I now wake up naturally around 6:30 AM, I have noticeably more energy during the day, and the afternoon slump I used to experience has improved considerably. What stands out most is that the support didn't end once my initial issues were solved. They genuinely cared about helping me get the best results from the product, and that level of customer care is rare these days. Thank you again, Lia, for your kindness, professionalism, and continued support.

I purchased a pair of AYO glasses some time ago and I am very satisfied. The light are well made and the glaocomfortable to wear. The customer service was also excellent, friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. It is refreshing to find a company that delivers both a high quality product and great customer care. I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a great experience
