I LOVE THESE GUYS!
What can I say? Plenty of stock, often when other online stores have run out; fantastic prices, always that little bit better value for money than their competitors; and brilliant, next day service, even to the UK. Gomibo is always my 'first look' for phones and accessories.

Overall experience was excellent
Overall experience was excellent . Item was as advertised. Only slight issue was the delivery time which was a UPS issue and not Gomibo's fault. I would certainly buy from again and highly recommend them.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. 4weeks waiting for my phone. told me it must be lost. To process you have to print and ink write the form cannot sent electronic/digital version! ridiculous. Every step was difficult. Agreed to refund said it would be 1-5days now 7days no refund. Sent another email, told me this is not our normal process and they will get the finance team to look into it!! just outrageous all of it. Spend the extra money and buy from reputable company.

Stressful experience with Gomibo
I have ordered the OnePlus 15R from gomibo.co.uk. It was ordered on 09/07/2026 and was expected to arrive on 13/07/2026 between 10am and 12pm. I took a holiday and was waiting for my delivery. The delivery never arrived and I was told it would arrive the next day between 10am and 12pm. The delivery never arrived and this scenario repeats every day until Friday the 17th. This delivery required a signature and I was at work and not present at home. I expected they would leave it at a post office to pick it up. Instead, the delivery guy signed the package and left it at my door in plain sight. This was a delivery of over £500 that required a signature. I rushed from work to quickly retrieve the package in hopes it was not stolen as I live in an unsafe neighbourhood. This was a very long and stressful experience. Update: Gomibo reached out to me and solved the issue. They apologised for any problems caused and put a complaint on UPS and will look for alternative delivery options.

Amazing prices
Amazing prices, great products and fast delivery. With everything getting more expensive Gomibo seem to buck that trend and I got the phone I wanted for less than anywhere else. Thanks!
