Terrible product ordered a waterproof…
Terrible product ordered a waterproof case from an iPhone 14 Pro Max when it finally arrived on first testing in a sink it filled with water, the cause is the back panel isn’t glued, when you contact customer service they try have you pay for postage back to America for a faulty product, they also blame you for opening the packaging to find out you got sent a faulty product. Customer response is slow and made to push you over the 30 day limit.

Brought the nautical slim case for my s26 ultra and after a slight drop probably 100-150mm the button on the case has bent the button on my brand new phone its lik3 a banana avoid these cases I've had it a week the screen on the case is scuffed like mad and it breaking my button beyond a joke really really disappointed

Ghostek Nautical Slim NOT Waterproof
I followed Ghostek’s setup instructions exactly, including scanning the QR code provided with the case and completing the recommended installation process. After carefully checking that everything was sealed correctly, I performed a single brief submersion well within the advertised waterproof rating of 6 ft. Immediately afterwards, my iPhone displayed Apple’s “Liquid Detected” warning for the charging port. I bought this case because it is marketed as waterproof, so a single, within-spec immersion should not have resulted in water reaching my phone’s charging port. That completely undermines my confidence in the product. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust this case around water at all.

DO NOT BUY GHOSTEK
I oredered a case for my Samsung S22, this was the third Ghostek case I have bought as in the past they were great, however something has changed and this case did not fit. Ihave tried for months to return the case with no response from Ghostek. Only left one star because 0 stars was not an option. DO NOT BUY GHOSTEK

Worst customer service - defective product
I received 2 identically defective Nautical cases in a row, now they are out of stock. Customer service refuses to provide a refund, and expects me to accept a lesser, non-waterproof case instead. Implied warranty laws require them to either provide functional product, or a refund. They cannot alter the terms of my purchase and force a completely different product. For those reasons, I had to report them to the AG.
