We were very impressed with the service and price service…
We were very impressed with the service and price we had a brand new car delivered to our hotel exactly on time by Nicolas he was so friendly and helpful and explained all about the car...was so accommodating and met us at the airport so we could return the car to him! Best service and great experience..highly recommend Nico and excellence car hire karen and ger ireland 🇮🇪

Excellent service, really friendly staff, delivered the car to our hotel at 9am as promised and lots of flexibility as we were able to leave key the day after to start our journey home, will 100% use again

Good car, kind friendly service in Salou
I don’t know what the last lady who reviewed this was talking about she gave no details and seems to write similar rants for other things. We were a bit nervous but did some research to find they were a real company. They only have an office in Salou now, not La Pineda (that was in a hotel a few years back). However we contacted them by phone first, asked some questions then booked online. The car was delivered to our hotel on time (one day only) and collected from there too. We payed the extra €26 euros cover for peace of mind. Good car. On the contract we didn’t realise they had manually increased the rates for over a certain no of km and the no of km compared to their website. Even though we had signed the contract, when we pointed it out on their website at the end of the day they were happy to go with what their website said and acknowledged the website prices needed updating. No problems, kind and friendly service.
