Lost luggage
Lost luggage, despite several emails and phone calls, I still did not receive my suitcase and no reimbursement. The worst is they don't even bother showing that they care. I will file a lawsuit very soon with all the proof I have including the emails I sent them.

Firstly the staff on aircraft were…
Firstly the staff on aircraft were friendly and helpful. The seats were narrow and uncomfortable. On one flight mine would not recline. On 2 legs of flight my tv screen did not work. Aircraft not cleaned well, still sweet wrappers in footwells and crumbs on seats. Food was iffy. A couple of meals were edible but one was not - fish with consistency of chicken! Generally tasteless unless condiments added. All aircraft looked old and well worn.

Worst customer service experience
I have been stuck in Cairo since 19 August due to an issue with my return ticket caused by the Ethiopian Airlines. I have contacted the Area Manager, Reservations, and Customer Relations, but I have received no response at all. This is honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had with an airline.

Ethiopian Airline Worst Airline Ever
Ethiopian airlines is a disgraceful airline and their customer service are one of the worst ever. How do you explain that they destroyed a luggage, they themselves helped us fill the damaged luggage log at the airport in Heathrow, and we’ve been calling/ emailing them every day since the 7th of August with no response. These kinds of airlines should not even exist because it is evident that all they are bothered about is making money and not concerned about the welfare of their customers. I will be making an official complaint to the regulators so that these airlines be investigated and fined for these practices. I will also be opening a petition to be filled by people experiencing the same/ similar issues so that we can get a lasting resolution about this airline’s incompetence. My sister has been sad all through her holiday cos of their lack of communication and lack of empathy and concern. Ethiopian airline shame on you.
