I prefer face to face classes

I prefer face to face classes. I might understand that some people don't have the time but the online method is not very helpful for improvement. Maybe it is an age thing? I think that I have wasted money. I reckon that all teachers made a great effort but the online class is not necessarily the best way to learn. Then again, I might be wrong but definitely not very pleased. I am wondering whether I should continue with it. Thank you, Allan

Helpful and professional support with my time zone issue

I had a very positive experience with the British Council English Online support team. Unfortunately, my account was set to the wrong time zone, so my class appeared in the Asia/Tehran time zone rather than UK time, which led to me missing my first lesson. I contacted customer support and they responded promptly, clearly explained the issue, and guided me through how to update my profile to the correct UK time zone. What I especially appreciated was their kindness and understanding. They made a one-time exception and returned one class credit to my account, which allowed me to rebook my lesson. I was truly grateful for this gesture. The support I received was professional, efficient and courteous, and it made a stressful situation much easier to resolve. Thank you to the team for your patience and excellent customer service.
