not worth the money
No shuttle, uninterested guy who did the tour around the rv. Camper was worn out, window shutters did not close. Engine bay makes lot of noise in the interior.No proper sleeping material. one small blanket and a very small cushion is not enough for the money you pay to rent it. Not willing to think with us about discount or anything when something was wrong with the rv on the first day and we had to stay at a workshop for the night.. So this did cost us an extra day and we had to reschedule our trip reservations. The person who helped us returning the rv was not so friendly nor helpful. Convinced of his own right, although reality was different.

Highly greedy company
Highly greedy company, I was forced return the RV the very next morning for health reasons, explained everything in a very detailed way, and they refused to refund any money. In a nutshell I kept the RV overnight, probably drove it 10 miles, didn’t use any of the amenities, and was charged $1600.00 what a shame!!!

It was my first time with the rental an RV, I had good experience with all the information and it was easy the check in and check out of the RV. The prices are still high and some prices a bit to high like the inclusion of prices for check out and check in, is good to include prices but not that high.

We rented a camper in August 2026
We rented a camper in August 2026. Once we were on the road, we noticed a leak under the sink that had been plugged with toilet paper. Fortunately, we were able to fix it ourselves, but the fact that they didn't inspect and return the camper in that condition is not appreciated at all. We also had problems right from the start with the direct water supply; if we connected the toilet, it would fill up with water. For these reasons, I consider the rental to be unprofessional.
