Rented a converted van RV from Fraserway. First of all a super friendly staff which made it a pleasant experience. And that includes the lady who checked us in and the one who showed and explained the RV. While returning the van they were even more friendly and not at all trying to find an issue with RV to rip us off. We asked them to show us some RVs for the future rental and they were very happy to do so. Overall great customer experience with staff. The RV itself was great. This was our first RV experience and we are glad we chose Fraserway.

Went in for a part for my tent trailer and Doyle not only found a part for me but then gave me the part wow! The welcome was great when we walked in the door. A woman with captivating eyes led us to the parts counter Great service and great staff.

I’ve had a very good experience with Fraserway, Halifax. I’ve ordered a C-small RV I the last minuet, and I was in contact with helpful people, online. I’ve only met helpful og nice people, from the chauffeur that picked us up to the very helpful staff. We got a meticulous Introduction to the features in the RV. A spécial thanks to Ludmila. She was very serviceminded and helpful. I would choose Fraserway next time.

Worst buying experience of our lives. Ordered a new motorhome but they were unable to deliver. Poor communication, no customer service and totally bad attitude. Cannot recommend Fraserway RV to anyone.

I describe my experience over two rental experiences with Fraser RV as a product that wants to be an experience company, but chooses to be a rental company at the customer's expense. When checking reviews, you'll have to differentiate between rentals and sales for yourself. For Rentals -Inconsistent when it comes to maintenance of their vehicles. -Customer Service is heavily dependent on who is working, and their communications are heavily dependent on written messages and emails. Fraser RV rentals main focus would be the use of Adventurer Manufacturing RV units that can be described as a mid to low range in terms of value. They have most of the features one might expect from RV camping, such as showers, washrooms, kitchenettes, and sleeping areas that have a "90s" decor. They have relatively little experience in terms of Class A models, and their staff are not familiar enough with this type of vehicle to discuss or address concerns. First Trip For my first trip, I noted a strong urine odour coming from the RV mattress. If someone cared to even press down on the mattress, I suggest this smell would have been detected. Unfortunately, and despite having service and parts department, Fraser RV could not offer a replacement mattress at the time. I also noted that the black tank valve could not be fully closed, and there was mess jumping out at me every time I set up at a camp site. Again, I suggest that this problem was readily obvious to an RV rental company, and was deliberately left unaddressed or completely neglected. Next, at some point during the trip, the coolant leaked completely from its reservoir. I contacted Roadside Assistance, and a technician was able to attend to verify all the lines remained unbroken. I had to pay the technician from my pocket, and additional coolant to refill what spilled out. While I am thankful I did not own the vehicle, and was not responsible for its regular maintenance, I would have at least ensured that the cap was in working order to prevent the coolant from being pushed out under pressure in this manner. Again, I suggest that this problem was readily obvious and avoidable, and an indication that staff are emphasizing production at the expense of customer saftey. Lastly, and least serious, I noted that the RV was missing its rack for its convection oven, and I wasn't able to enjoy that function entirely. Second Trip For my second trip, I rented a Class A Coachmen Euro. I note that this vehicle was considered a step up. Sure enough, I took a tour of this model, and the decor was modern, and featured a slide out. But this vehicle also had maintenance issues. I wasn't able to charge my phone from the front as the power plugs for the driver and passenger side did not function. I also noted that one of the kitchenette shelves did not open or close properly, and another shelf opened and closed inappropriately during transit. Sadly, the propane stove and oven did not operate normally, and was unable to come to temperature within a reasonable period of time. Also, the unit's shower mixing valve was not proper as it was difficult to control the water temperature. Lastly, and least serious, the floors were dirty at pick up, and my party had to clean them repeatedly. For a "luxury" classed RV model that was priced accordingly, these maintenance issues were all readily discoverable by service and parts staff, and completely neglected. In the end of this second trip, these issues were described as "no big deal". Also, the staff threatened to apply a cleaning fee for my dog's drool on the dash that dried up and probably would come out with a bit of elbow grease. Fraser RV Rentals already charge extra for pets. When things go wrong, Fraser RV Rentals in Leduc emphasizes that they are a rental company, and their first choice is not to compensate for the poor experience despite billing for what is presumably a more extravagant class of model. Instead, they ignore how their own maintenance issues chip away at your experience.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
