AI support, dirty camper and broken equipment
Online check in experience - Change of main driver. All inquiries seem to be answered by AI chatbot. We had a lengthy email exchange with support that was unable to answer the questions asked, and insisted that changes was made so documents when they clearly were not (changing driver uploaded documents) - One month before booking we asked a question using chatbot if four of the collapsible bycicles they offer would fit in the storage. It was unable to answer. It handed over the inquiry to human. No answer received. Check in - Carado A361 Pro, 2026 model. Model not given beforehand. Two single beds, two double beds. The double bed made from the sofagroup can not accommodate anyone taller than 1.65cm. Otherwise spacious, a lot of storage room. - The camper was very dirty on the outside - Very dirty on the inside, no cleaning had been done after last renters. Smudges and dirt on all surfaces. Bathroom decently clean. - The table leg was broken and «fixed» with two screws, so the mechanism for lowering table into bed was broken. We used tweezers to unscrew the leg extension, making into bed. - Some of the equipment were not loaded into the camper on arrival. (Bycicles, duvet) - Towel kit: very small towels, can only be wrapped half way round waist The bedding kit pillowcases did not fit the XL pillows that were in the camper. - The crew was very eager to go home, so the check-in process was very rushed. Crew was otherwise polite and helpful. On the road - Discovered more broken things (plastic parts broken loose several places, broken hangers for some window curtains - For inclined camping sites, the camper did not come with levelling blocks. - Bikes. We rented four of the collapsible bikes. One bike had a loose pedal that came off, one had brakes that did not work, one had rusted inplace seat - Pots and pans. Lids did not fit. Frying pans was scratched and was giving off fine metal particles - Top bed window. Window blinds were stuck in the top position. Conclusion - Positives: newer camper, comfortable and safe to drive, good storage. - Negatives: frustrating AI «support», camper not cleaned before pickup, extras had quite severe quality issues. When a large part of the cost is extras, is is especially frustrating when they obvisouly are cheap with such things as towel sizes and not maintaining their equipment well enough that it can be used.

Very smooth and transparent
Very smooth and transparent, I was informed of all my options and what exactly I am being charged for through the entire booking process. Pricing is also the best I could find, consistently 10%-20% cheaper than similar options on all other sights, and comes with the trust a well reviewed company has to offer compared to personal rental on leasing sights like Facebook rental arrangements. Very happy with this booking and excited for our trip!

Absolute dissatisfied
Absolute dissatisfied. The vehicle we received was poorly maintained. We had warning messages about the engine. Three times our engine just went off and the customer service replied to us only 8-9 hours later. Other issues were listed to the team without any response. We have raised a complaint about 3 weeks ago and it is being completely ignored by the staff. Next rental we shall go to other place.
