Na druk gebruik gemaakt te hebben van de configurator online een afspraak gemaakt in de showroom. Daar super ontvangen en meegenomen in het produkt, de winkel etc etc. Met een gerust hart besteld en super tevreden over het eindresultaat. Binnenkort het huwelijksaanzoek, maar dat komt goed 😀

A genuinely great experience
I had a really great experience with DiamondsByMe, from choosing the ring all the way to receiving it. I ordered a custom engagement ring with a custom-selected pear-shaped diamond, and I had a particularly tight deadline because I was leaving for a trip and needed the ring in time for the proposal. I contacted customer service several times about the production and shipping timeline, and every single person I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. What impressed me most was that they didn't simply tell me what the standard delivery time was and leave it at that. They repeatedly checked with the goldsmiths, kept me updated on the progress of the ring, noted my deadline on the order, and did their best to finish it earlier. When the ring was ready, they also helped arrange expedited DHL Express shipping and a before-noon delivery so that it had the best possible chance of arriving in time. And it did. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. The quality is excellent, the craftsmanship is really impressive, and the custom diamond I selected looks fantastic in the setting. It looks even better in person than I expected. I know that some of the things I was asking for couldn't be guaranteed, especially with production and customs, but the team always treated my requests seriously and did everything they reasonably could to help. That made a huge difference during what was already a pretty stressful time. And the most important part of the story? She said yes. ❤️ I couldn't be happier with both the ring and the experience. A huge thank you to everyone at DiamondsByMe who helped make this happen, especially Saskia, Iris and Mary Jane. I would absolutely recommend them.
