The reality of my complaint.
What a useless company.Single parent lady,2 children,on benefits,crashed into our Victorian wall causing about £2,500 of damage.she had an Mot,10 days out of date hence no insurance.Crawfords,acting for the Third party risks insurance company,have spent probably 40hrs at £50/hr,so there costs will have doubled what the insurance company will eventually pay out.they still keep asking for information already sent.They demand a copy of my title deeds,{i have lived here since 1966! ] I suggested a Council tax bill.They have an itemised bill for about £2350 plus before and after photos.They then ask separately for repeat copies.There right hand does not know what the left is doing.

Bunch of crooks
Communicate was terrible I would go months without hearing about my claim or them replying to my emails. In the end they did nothing for me and said take it up with small claims. Bunch of crooks.

I feel completely ripped off
I feel completely ripped off. I've been chasing a claim for months now and I've been talked down to, lied to and fobbed off. No one replies to emails and I guess this is how this company works guessing by my experience and all the complaints. Please call me The Garden Alchemist Limited

Run from this company!
I’ve had the unfortunate luck of my insurance company Aviva using this company and my experience has been terrible. I asked the company to use their contractors for the repair works and I since had someone call me and repeat that I can get the work done privately until I asked if I was being told that I should just get it done privately. I’ve been reminded that I need my water tank replaced and that I need to it myself and why haven’t I have it done yet-only a week later. Can’t understand that as it takes them 2 months to get known contractors to sort out minor repairs but I’m told I need to sort out the water tank asap-should I not be given time to look at who is good and get quotes? This company is saving money by not having to pay for my alternative accommodation but has taken more than a week to let me know if other costs are covered, meanwhile my costs are building without me knowing what is and isn’t covered. This company knows since day 1 the water has been switched off at home and a week later they are asking if my house is habitable?! Please don’t use this company, dealing with house problems with trying to work full time is bad enough, dealing with this company will give you mental health issues as I feel like that right now

Years of hell thanks to Axa, Crawfords and their "trusted" contrators
Awful, They act on behalf of Axa -almost 6 years ago the vehicle impact damage occurred of my lounge/dining room and I havent been able to use that room since. They took away my furniture 6 years ago and I havent been able to use 2 rooms of my house since. They have used now 3 different contractors, Each contractor they have sent via their "contract solutions" has caused more damage, they walk away and then its another year or so to put right their prev contractors incompetence has done more damage to my property then walked away leaving it all unfinished and in a worse state than when they started. Ive had to use the Financial Conducts Authority 3 times against Axa in respect of this and each time they are basically told to get it all fixed. Axa use Crawfords, who then send a different one of their "Contract solutions contractors"" This last contractor North Down Property Services, Crawfords all agreed the contract and mandate which included reasonable adjustments for my disability and my neurodiverse (disabled) children. It was all agreed by all parties. They came for approx 2 weeks, gutted the whole room and hall, ripping up my oak floor, skirting, architrave, damaged more walls, cut holes in my ceiling (For no good reason), removed the window, and left what will take thousands to put right and replace, they left my property unsecured and open to the elements, they haven't come back, breaching the agreement (all work, rectification and replacement was suppose to have been completed 2 weeks ago. Instead the contractor, Axa and Crawfords are seemingly trying to blackmail me into changing the mandate, to shut me out of being able to use my front door and other things amounting to disability discrimination. It certainly seems like they wrecked my house deliberately then downed tools in order to make their demands, feels very orchestrated. Meanwhile I have had to go back to the FCA as axa, crawfords and their contractor have reneged on the agreement with the FCA, and everything said, told and agreed - The impact on my mental health through out this ordeal for for the past 5 1/2 years, is tremendous and Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be any solicitors for people like me who will do no win no fee against big companies like Axa, who are contracted with companies purporting to put things right for you but are taking advantage of and breaching contracts, etc then resorting to what amounts to a form of blackmail before even coming to put right the damage they caused beyond the original damage against which you claimed. Im devestated meanwhile the children and I live in fear of someone coming into our house via the now windowless, flimsey boarded room. Its criminal what these companies do to us the "little guys" I have put a date in this review because it makes me - but this has been ongoing for the past 5 years 6 months. I dont use email due to my disability - so my friend has made me an unmanned email purely for submitting this review. + Update - as people can see Crawfords responded to this post within hours of my posting asking me to contact them blah blah - just like they have done to all the people commenting on the post. So I called them and spoke to a women called Brenda who listened to the whole 6 years of complaints,how each contractor they sent caused more damage to my property, never fixed the impact damage, then there were years in between them sending another one, who came caused more damage, fixed nothing and left, where the room wasnt usable, hole in the wall left, and more damage done to my property, How this latest contractor they sent - Northdown Property Solutions, spent a year coming to my house for meetings, crawfords were also there, where special terms were agreed by all parties, (including Axa) and now they have caused more damage, ripping up my solid oak floor, ripped off all my architraves, skirting, made holes in my walls and ceilings, removed the render, brickwork unfinished, room not weather proof etc etc, damaged walls holes everywhere and the list goes . How they had just stopped work leaving me in the unfinished worse damaged property than it was when Northdown started ( its been the same with each of the 3 so called approved contractors from crawfords "contractor solutions", each left having caused more damage and failed to fix the original impact damage). etc etc She listened, said her boss needed to talk to me, was in a meeting, but had told her he would call me the next day - He never contacted me at all, Something needs to be done to stop Axa & Crawfords to stop them doing this to people. Its devastating, and impacts my health badly, they have effectively deprived us of use and enjoyment of my home for 6 years.
