Unprofessional support. Using fake excuses to violate their own 15-day refund policy.
Avoid Cherry Servers if you value your money. I am a resident of Kazakhstan, and I paid using a legitimate Kazakhstan bank card. According to Section 11.7 of their Terms of Service, I had an absolute right to request a full refund within 15 days, no questions asked.Instead of processing a routine refund, their support team used a ridiculous, completely unverified legal excuse about "EU sanctions" just because my multi-regional project infrastructure performed network routing tests toward the Eastern Europe region. They literally twisted my technical diagnostic logs to accuse me of policy violations and steal my money. High financial risks, groundless accusations, and zero respect for legitimate global customers. Initiated a chargeback via my bank.

Unprofessional Customer Service
Two issues defined my experience: payment collection attempts up to a week before the due date, and near-immediate threats to suspend services when a charge failed. A customer should not serve as a providers cashflow reserve. No other platform I have worked with, including AWS and Google Cloud, marks invoices as overdue before the due date or chases payment this far ahead. When my card was declined, there was no automated retry. Instead, they emailed on a Saturday morning, expected resolution within hours, and cut off network access over the weekend. Most providers simply reattempt the charge first. For an automated setup, this manual back-and-forth is unnecessary overhead. I cannot currently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable provider, and there is clear room for improvement.
