Good sofa, disappointing customer service
Good sofa, disappointing customer service I bought my sofa a few weeks ago, and it arrived without any problems after around three weeks. I had a few questions regarding the delivery beforehand, and Bumbba were very helpful and responsive. The sofa itself was also easy to assemble, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. The sofa looks great and is reasonably comfortable, although it’s not the most comfortable sofa I’ve owned. That said, this isn’t really an issue for me. What I particularly like is the adaptability, design and overall appearance. It really is a statement piece, and I’m very happy with the sofa itself. Unfortunately, my experience with the company took a disappointing turn afterwards. I ordered the 3-seater chaise lounge with arms. On the website, there are small side cushions shown with the sofa that look great. Nowhere, as far as I could see, does it clearly state that the configuration with arms does not include these cushions. I contacted Bumbba about this, and they acknowledged that the website was unclear and apologized for the confusion. They explained that the configuration I ordered does not come with the cushions, but that I could purchase them separately for an additional charge. This is where I found the situation particularly frustrating. Purchasing the sofa without arms and then buying the arms separately would actually have been cheaper than the configuration I purchased, while also including the small cushions. In other words, I had chosen a more expensive configuration but ended up without something that would have been included had I chosen the cheaper alternative. I therefore asked whether Bumbba would be willing to send me the cushions as a gesture of goodwill. I thought this was a fairly reasonable request given the lack of clarity on the website and the pricing difference between the configurations. Unfortunately, I never received a response. That was particularly disappointing because one of the main reasons I chose Bumbba was the overwhelmingly positive feedback I had seen regarding their customer service. My initial experience with them was indeed very good, which makes the lack of response to my final email all the more surprising. So, overall: I really like the sofa, but I’m disappointed with the company’s handling of this particular situation. I appreciate that Bumbba may see the situation differently, but I would have expected a little more goodwill and, at the very least, a response to my email. I would still recommend the sofa itself, but based on my experience, I’m considerably less enthusiastic about the customer service.

Experiência de compra e entrega foram ótimas. Eu precisei mudar o endereço e a equipe de atendimento via e-mail sempre me respondeu muito rápido. A montagem é simples, fiz tudo sozinha em casa. Entretanto o produto me gera ainda dúvidas… eles dão apenas 14 dias de teste, e não eh suficiente para testar a eficácia das espumas etc. quando eu olho para o sofá, ele tem aparência de estar “caindo para frente”, como se estivesse escorregando, mas não está. As almofadas estão no lugar correto, e os metais que as seguram também. Mas a aparência continua.

Divano super comodo e al tatto morbidissimo. Facile da pulire, nonostante lo abbia preso chiaro mantiene molto bene lo sporco. I cuscini si possono disporre facilmente in varie maniere per cambiarne estetica e funzionalità. Il fatto poi che ti arrivi in scatoloni di cartone con frasi simpatiche e che le istruzioni siano illustrate con dei dinosauri divertenti, per me sono la combo del marketing vincente!

Me llamo Omar y este es el número de mi envío 0043320043329700422231 la experiencia está siendo un absoluto desastre, el envío tarda entre 10 y 15 días laborables en llegar, hice el pedido el día 24 de julio viernes, el pedido debería haber llegado entre el lunes 10 y el viernes 14 de agosto, esa era la horquilla de esos 10 a 15 días laborables, y no llegó, el teléfono lo tienen de adorno porque nunca me respondieron, la comunicación tuvo que ser por email y de un día para otro, con lo que eso supone… El lunes 17 de agosto me comuniqué con ellos por email para decir que se habían pasado los días y que no teníamos noticias ninguna del estado del pedido, el 19 me contestan que ha habido problemas con la fábrica y que me reembolsan un 5% del precio, y que el envío ha de llegar esa semana. Ayer viernes dia 21 de agosto se cumplen 20 días laborables y casi un mes natural, y aquí no ha venido nadie, pero no solo no ha venido nadie si no que además la empresa de transporte ctt express me toma por tonto, y si ellos trabajan con esta bazofia de empresa de transporte son responsables de que el envío siga demorándose y que casi un mes después de haber hecho el pedido, siga sin tener noticias de él, tras los primeros problemas con la fábrica ahora la empresa de transporte ctt express la peor valorada en internet con casi 6000 reseñas y una media de 1,3 estrellas en Google (y porque la mínima puntuación que te deja poner es 1, si no estarían en 0,3) no aparecen y te ponen una incidencia en el reparto como que no estabas en el domicilio (y tras leer cientos de reseñas en Google, es su modus operandi) da igual que llames a cualquier número de atención al cliente porque o no responden o te cuelgan. Hoy sábado 22 de agosto sigo sin tener ni idea de cuándo llegará, pasado mañana lunes 24 se cumplirá un mes natural y 21 días laborables… Tuve que retrasar mis vacaciones, tuve que quedarme en casa sin salir para recibir al repartidor el cual, insisto, jamás apareció ni se comunicó y en la web en el apartado del seguimiento del paquete te dicen que no te encontrabas en el domicilio y que no respondiste al teléfono, panda de sinvergüenzas. Llegará algún día el sillón a mi casa? Pues ni lo sé ni me importa, porque después de tal absoluto desastre y tan nefasta experiencia, lo devolveré según aparezca por la puerta. Puedo entender un retraso, puedo entender una incidencia en la fábrica, pero que después de un mes por aquí no haya venido nadie y que encima me tomen por gili****as eso sí que no.

Hice una mala reseña hace varias semana por qué el pedido se retrasaba muchísimo y no había manera de contactar con nadie. Ahora tengo que decir que lo solucionaron, que llegó un poco tarde pero que la entrega fue perfecta, que el sofá es comodísimo y precioso, que hemos tenido un problema con un respaldo y que he contactado muy rápido con ellos y han encontrado una solución y que en definitiva, rectificar es de sabios!
