Great customer service, delivered very quickly exactly as advertised. Really good value. Obviously a well run company who looks after its customers.

Poor customer support
I purchased 2 Cotopaxi items, unfortunately didn’t like the colours so was took advantage of the exchange service. I returned the original items but my replacement was marked as delivered when left in front of my house in full view when I wasn’t home. It was not there when I got back. Customer support have basically told me that as RM consider it delivered and I’ve confirmed it’s outside my house, that there’s nothing they can do. I am now down the money and the items. Customer support seemed to be inconvenienced by me being upset that my parcel has been stolen and give them impression that actually they don’t care and it’s not their fault. Hopefully they will argue with the delivery service that leaving a parcel outside a house and forging a signature is actually NOT a secure location/delivery point, and won’t make customers feel like an inconvenience as I have had to beg them to argue with the courier. But I doubt I will purchase from urban industry again.

Disappointing customer care from Urban Industry
Urban Industry use Parcel Force as a courier who are the most unhelpful courier service on the market. PF returned my item to Urban Industry after saying they had made four unsuccessful attempts to deliver. On contacting customer services to explain that PF had only left a single ‘missed you’ card on what would have been the third delivery attempt I was told this was my problem and I would now be charged for the delivery costs whether I wanted the item resent or refunded. Feels like I have no choice and no voice with Urban Industry. I would suggest they use a courier who provides a flexible and reliable service for the customer and not themselves e.g. EVRI
