Brilliant gadget
I had lots of Salamol inhalers, one in the car, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in my bag Am never without one but until now have never known how much is left in any of them. This gadget is brilliant! The pharmacist in Dumlers Pharmacy in Earlsfield helped me to install it after I’d downloaded the app. Hopefully a counter will be put on these inhalers like the preventative inhalers I use

Terrible first experience
Preface - Am trying to be first time user - ( also I am tech savvy ). I found this first usage experience shockingly bad / impossible. Device Refuses to connect via Bluetooth adapter ( yes - fully charged!). Tried via manual connection using a jack adapter to fit to my iPhone 13 ( still would not connect! I think the failing here is the terrible App and it seems to hate Apple / iOS…( Side note - App doesn’t recognize use my doctors barcode / App won’t play instructional video ( broken link), no ‘Start button’ anywhere on my App ( again I use iOS), & yes I restarted phone a few times = I patiently tried everything a few times. I will try again tomorrow when my patience improves - but - buyer beware this device refuses to play nice with iOS. Will return if repeated trials tomorrow fail! What a frustrating waste of an hour!

Cannot recommend smart asthma enough
Honestly as an asthmatic I was struggling to remeber to do my peak flow, write it down and triggers and how many reliever puffs I'd taken and when so I brought myself the smart peak flow meter and fell in love pretty quickly. I just do my peak flow into the little device and a simple graph comes up I can put how my symptoms have been and in notes section if there was any triggers. Not only that I can download the data into a pdf to email to medical providers and send it a week before my appointment, It also predicts the next day so it can give me an idea of if my asthma I'd starting to go downhill before it actually happens and try to take steps to prevent it going even further downhill. The battery life on it is brilliant as well plus doesnt take long at all to charge! I then brought the little device for on top of inhalers and again have fell in love with that, notifications to remind me to take my preventative inhaler and also tracking of my reliever inhaler plus I know when to start thinking about ordering a née one rather than guessing. The customer support is amazing, I don't think I've ever waited more than 24 hours for a response from them. Also it's a company that learns! They have a "de bug" mode which they can tell you to put on and give the code so they can gather information if peak flow device isn't quite working right! Had the device since 2022
