Very disappointing service!!!
Sixt belfast city airport rentals are a disgrace! I booked online, but forgot to carry physical bank card at collection. I called on morning of collection and they told me CLEARLY I can use my ID l&licence to collect. At arrival they shifted goalposts and refused. If they had told me categorically 'no' and been clear, i would not have wasted time and money hiring taxi to get to the airport. Furthermore I missed an appointment which I had hired the car for. It cost me more than just taxi fare. The person i spoke to at the customer service was very nonchalant and very dismissive and it felt racially profiled and bullied because of my age. The worst experience ever!!!

Got giving an audi sports, great car, but it had been in GAZZA with all the dents and holes in her, i did not have time to swap over to a new car, even though this car was only 12 months old, so when i returned my car, They then tried to put all the blame on me for the damage which would have come to £10,000 in to repair, its just as well i had taken photos of the car before i left the centre, Now why the hell do the staff not walk around with the customer and point out all the damage is beyond me, SO EVERYONE A WARNING, take photos of every panel and dent and holes in the panels, or you will find that you are paying for all the damage

Will definitely use SIXT again
I did think that SIXT were in the terminal at Aldergrove but that’s probably my fault for not looking at the detail. Having said that the office is just across the road from the terminal building so not far to walk. The booking in experience was professional and thorough I ended up with a much nicer car than I’d reserved. Return was fine and although I was very early and had been told the office would be unmanned, a guy cleaning van took the keys and checked the vehicle.

When there is a traffic charge or fine
When there is a traffic charge or fine, even fine is 3.5£. They charge 40£ just to forward u email informing us about the fine. Hilarious!!! I will avoid using it again. Now im back to home country. And today i got dratford crossing charge of 3.5£. And sixt emailed me about this charge and they charged me 40£ their administrative fee. This is hilarious and disappointing. Earlier i got 2 parking fines. And they charged me twice 40£ for just delivering me that fines by email. I will avoid trust me. Muhammad Ahsan
