My experience was great because of the terrific Service at Adelaide airport Sixt
My experience was great because of the helpfulness of the Nepalese worker: Dhan at Adelaide airport! Being an older person I could not understand the technology but Dhan and his fellow staff looked after me well and were very helpful and supportive. They said they wanted me to be very happy with the experience and they were great! Also they are supported by NRMA, who are a trustworthy company and they provide additional benefits for car renters!!

SIXT rental made me pay $5 a day adds on the car
I made a booking from online and they gave a wrong car instead of KIA Pinto. Today on SIXT car rental Campbelltown 21/08/2026 they said they are not ready for the car that I booked instead offering me a Toyota Yaris instead of KIA Pinto. The manager said I was booked a small car. That’s why they offering me a Toyota Yaris Instead of upgrading me a free at no total cost they change me a Toyota Yaris $5 a day They blame it to me why I booked to Online. They think they own this business they don’t even knows that are working for the company And this people’s charging me $5 a day adds on for the car. Instead giving me a that supposed to be I will pick up. KIA pinto They suppose to upgraded without a cost. Because they haven’t got a small car I was booked for KIA pinto. The manager an Indian decent on SIXT car rental Campbelltown the manager step in and he said he offered me 50% off for Toyota Yaris. Instead of KIA pinto is a small car and haven’t got I said is not my problem I said you specifically KIA pinto but they haven’t got small car . They offered me a Toyota car They think Toyota Yaris and Toyota Corolla is Big car is not a small car. that’s why they can’t give me and charge me $5 a day almost $20 a 4 days. Is against me because but I have to go work But I leave them a bad review and bad reputation and to their company I am customer here should be a given me priority I was rent 3 times on their company.

Car hire at Maroochydore Airport…
The car hire at Maroochydore Airport was seamless and straightforward. I got a great car at a great price. The pick and drop off was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sixt car rentals.

SIXT made change to vehicle
I made a booking for an automatic car and then needed to reduce the booking by a day. There was no refund received and as part of this SIXT downgraded the vehicle from a automatic to a manual.
