Product failure - waist of money
Hi Siobionics, I bought 2 of your devices and BOTH stopped working in 2 days with an error message. I also had 1 device fail a few months ago. Your products are not reliable and I will never use Siobionics again. Total Waist of money

Initially, I thought this was a really good CMG as it gave more information than others I have used.. however, it failed on day 5, it came off, I then looked at the reviews and, and despair of getting any help . However, I emailed the support team., and got an answer within a couple of hours, a very friendly efficient request to send a proof of purchase and the sensor number, I then got a quick reply saying that they would either replace it or refund it . I requested a refund and it came through within 12 hours. So it was different experience to some of the reviews here

THE SENSOR WAS WORKING ONLY FOR TWO HOURS AND SIBIONICS TOLD ME I INSTALLED IT WRONG
Changed from Freestyle Libre 2 by which I was in general satisfied but wanted to see if I could get a more stable connection between the sensor and my phone. Sibionics sensor has very stable connection with the mobile phone. But only when it works! The first three sensors I installed worked great and I was excited by the brand. But then, everything fell apart. The needle of two consecutive sensors stuck in my arm and the sensors were not functioning. I contacted SIBIONICS by sending them all the requested photos as per their policy. The told me (after two days) that the installation was not done properly but they will replace one sensor in good will. One and a half week after, I received the replacement sensor and installed it. The sensor was working properly only to stop after two hours. A message was projected in the main screen of the application saying “device error”. There I realized that Sibionics sensors are problematic indeed and the brands is very aware of that so their customer service keeps a passive-aggressive attitude against the customers so that they won’t reaffirm their product’s bad quality. Of course, I contacted again the customer service by providing photos and screenshots only to be told that the problem was once again a “wrong installation”. THE SENSOR WAS WORKING ONLY FOR TWO HOURS AND SIBIONICS TOLD ME I INSTALLED IT WRONG. Now that I read identical experiences from other users I see that I am not an idiot as SIBIONICS implied. Such attitude towards people with disabilities is not accepted. Fraudsters and charlatans.

Failed product twice and won’t replace
If I could give zero I would. First monitor failed on day 6! I got given what was called a goodwill replacement! Which is a joke, to find the monitor failed again on day 6/7. I was then told I won’t be getting my replacement as per their policy. They don’t have a telephone support. They won’t call me even though I provided my number. They told me it’s rare that it failed (basically implying it must be me!) but it didn’t take much searching to see all the reviews saying about the unreliable failing product. This company is a scam and do not buy. Hopefully a better CKM will come out from another company that has a better product and honest customer service. My advice to anyone would be get a KetoMojo and mwsit for another CKM to come out/ this company is poor! Sadly, I wish there were good. But I’ll have to wait for another product from another company!

I bought a Subionic device for managing my diabetes, but it arrived defective and didn't work at all. Despite multiple contacts with customer support requesting a full or partial refund, I received no resolution or response. This poor experience shows that communication means nothing without actual customer satisfaction—I strongly do not recommend this company.
