These crooked vermin take over your checkout when you use any vender they service! Enter your name & address and BOOM the order is charged and paid off the card they deceptively store from a purchase you made at another of their merchants long ago! They charged my wife’s card for a purchase I was making without hesitation! That’s fraud as she had no idea of the transaction what so ever. She had to dispute the transaction and canceled her card at the bank over their unauthorized use of her card. If you ever buy from one of the merchants they service you’ll be sorry!!!!!!!!!!

NEVERRRRRR use these people. Absolute mess. When things go wrong there is no such thing as help. I disputed a service I paid for. Unbelievable how much evidence I provided that the service was not honoured, but they ruled in the sellers favour. Felt like they were complicit in a blatant scam. Poor communication, I couldn't even understand the reps broken English questions via the online chat. I'm having to pay the rest of the payments as I'm scared of it affecting my credit score. No idea who AFFIRM is but stay well clear of shop pay and AFFIRM.

I will never use this again....I got a text msg saying we are going to deduct money from your CC...I didn't know who AFFRM WAS...that's the name they sent me..so when I called to straighten it out...ofcourse I get on line chat and the person there is taking for absolutely ever to converse with me...it was ridiculous and when she did. she was like...okay what's the problem...? after I wrote her two ...yes 2 messages of the problem..she was also dumb cause for dumb reason --(INDIA PEOPLE) she didn't understand simple English for which I got frustrated and called and got another Indian who yea they could speak English but barely...their pronunciation sucked so I couldn't understand wtf they were saying...they never once tried to look into the situation..never once tried too research their system..well I have to admit..I was a screaming banshee by then..I just wanted to get off the f.king phone with these f.king people. when I realized yes indeed I owed money ..I realized ..my bank just switched from visa to Mastercard and we are getting new cards...so I went to their bullshitt website to try to enter my new card..OMG...THAT WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHOT..PUT OUT OF ITS MISERY...its sooo NOT USER FRIENDLY...AFTER BREAKING DOWN SWEATING FROM THE AGGRAVATION..I COULD FIND THE WAY TO ENTER A NEW CARD..I SAW LINKS WHICH I CLICKED ON BUT THAT DIDN'T HELP...AFTER 20 MINUTES OF AGGRAVATION I SAID SCREW THIS SHIT...I called the person I bought the product from and told her..she needs to get a better company to work with than SHOPPAY/AFFIRM.....after a couple of emails exchange she said...they did get my payment ..so I assumed it went through...but now im getting msgs from SHOPPAY/AFFIRM that they want more money...if at first they identified themselves as SHOPPAY it might have triggered my memory and all of this could be avoided..but when they identify themselves with something else..well then...and if they make their website soooo NOT USER FRIENDLY...THEN SCREW IT..

Aggressively takes over the checkout experience and it can be tricky to navigate to other payment options. I just went with it this time and it cost me $26 more because it erased a coupon code I had entered which was not obvious in the shop pay checkout. Conniving weasels.

Shop Pay changed the shipping address on an order, sending it to an old address. I don't have a Shopify or Shop Pay account. I had to use it to order something from a website. Trying to contact Shop Pay to complain, and to get my old address removed from their records, was an exercise in futility. I found myself arguing with an AI that did nothing but deflect blame for their mistakes. I can only hope that my shipment gets forwarded and arrives in one piece.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
