Gift card balance inquiry now defrauding.
I have a gift card with the check balance for shopjustice.com which is an unsecured website and I called the number 1-800-987-4096. The first time I called i was given a promotional offer for LIFE ALERT 24/7 to receive a device for free as long as I pay for the service. Which I said yeah sure I will order the quarterly subscription and they were real professional and helped with everything but then they charged me for the monthly 1 time and then charged me for the quarterly also. I authorized the payment but then I call to ask about the monthly payment they took and when I called the number above its a chat line for locals. So I immediately froze my card and now I have to go up to my bank and report fraud prevention because they have my credentials and my voice recorded for future scams .... I'm so mad at these scammers and how they are operating above the law. With all the survellience and recording phone calls they can't catch a simple scammer like this and that's why they continue to do it today. Because no one does anything about investigating it or anything they just say oh well it happens so much they don't even have the resources to do it but they can monitor everyones phone calls for what?? I should have known known it was a scam when it was an Indian guy who transferred me to the black guy who sounded all professional. But I was trying to get a life saving device and this is what I'm dealing with now. So the Justice store gets a bad rating for it and they have no idea? Something is really strange about it all. The whole system we trust and rely on the internet as well as communications are all now just a playground of fraud. It's come to a big poisonous diplomacy rather than a trusted source of information anymore. I'm growing tired of the lies and deception. The whole internet and phone companies are defrauding everyone. That's the conclusion of my experiences. I dont even feel like dealing with anything online anymore or over the phone because it's all scam artists and fraudsters that are not held accountable or ever have to worry about being responsible for their actions meanwhile we are getting screwed over.

Ordered shirt 6/12/26 received 7/1/26. Had to reach out to company about shipping before I got tracking information. Shirt was supposed to be 2XL it is actually a medium their sizes suck. Would not recommend this store to anyone avoid this store

Dishonest about shipping times
Ordered 2 items on Dec 11th based on the fact that as per their website "Orders placed before 2pm EST M-F will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2pm EST M-F will begin processing the next business day." It is now Dec 22nd and my order is still listed as "unfulfilled" and they now how have a notice on their site saying that "Due to a high volume of orders, processing & shipping times may be delayed. " But after going online and talking with other customers and reading past reviews, 30 days or more for shipping seems to be pretty standard for them. I ordered replacement items from another retailer and requested that Justice cancel my order, which they refused because "What if we give you a refund and then the order ships?". Absolutely unacceptable.

Not going to be here by Christmas
Made a order on December 9, 2024 as of December 21, 2024 no order. Now shipping updates says I won't get until the 28th. This place is a joke. I will never order from this joke of a business again. This was a Christmas order. Thanks for nothing.

I bought a heated brush for…
I bought a heated brush for straightening and curling my hair. Was on holiday when delivery came. Tried to use it, and it won't charge at all. Emailed they said 14 day return policy which was up as I was away. They won't replace or help. Avoid this company at all costs
