Beware, beware, beware. The company name is French so I mistakenly thought the shoes were coming from France. They don’t. They come from China. My bad. Prior to purchase the customer service was excellent in perfect English and very accommodating. I was specifically looking for orthopaedic Support shoes for my husband. The actual product is quite different. Poor quality, very lengthy delivery time because it is in fact coming from China. Product was not at all like the photo and I am returning. Now of course youhave to ship it back to China. My bad again - I should have checked the reviews prior to purchase. I found an address in London on the package to which I have returned the shoes. I have been told this is just a hub and cannot receive returns. Apparently, I now have to try to contact someone at the hub and ask them to return the package to me and then send it back to China - all within 30 days or they will not refund my money. They are not focused on customer service or repeat business apparently. Unless you have extremely low expectations of the product, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Es ist eine absolute Frechheit
Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, wie die Lieferung läuft und was geliefert wird. Abgesehen davon, dass das Schlimmste ist, dass ich so naiv auf die gefakte Werbung reingefallen bin. Schon der schöne französisch klingende Name lässt nicht vermuten, was dann aus Zentralchina geliefert wurde. Ich betone das, weil auch die Lieferung über zwei Wochen gedauert hat. Geliefert wurden Schuhe, die billigste Qualität haben und sowieso zu groß ausfallen. Eine Retoure wird wohl bewusst total kompliziert gemacht, dass ich die häßlichen Schuhe, die nichts von den angepriesenen Qualitäten hatten, in den Müll warf. Fazit: NIEMALS wieder auf so einen Fake reinfallen!
