Ordered straight from their website. I purchased a small backpack for $ 136.00 and paid $ 20.00 shipping so $ 156.00 total. I just received a bill from Fedex for $44.96 on top of the $ 156.00 - so buyer beware in the US as was an unexpected surprise. I had already contacted them at an earlier date to find out the delivery date and got No answer - seems their Customer Service is MIA also.

DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!! If we had read the reviews ahead of time we wouldn’t have either. Spent $600 on a large suitcase. Handle broke within 24 hours. Contacted customer service to request a comped replacement handle be shipped to us and didn’t hear anything for 7 weeks (had to follow up several times to get a response). They told us they wouldn’t be doing anything about it. They told us it’s the airline’s fault even though it broke walking up to our home (not on the plane). Even after sending photos of the broken handle and clarifying it did not break at the airport, they still refused to offer anything at all. This product is horrible and cheap, and the customer service is even worse. The owners of this company should be ashamed of themselves for screwing so many people over and not caring about their customers at all. This brand should be shut down asap so nobody else falls into their trap. No wonder we were the only people in the store when we purchased this POS! If I could leave negative 1,000 stars I would. RUN.

Poignée de bagage a main cassée au bout de 4 utilisations. Valise toujours sous garantie. Réponse du service commercial après 6 mois me disant qu'il s'agit d'usure normal et non inclus dans la garantie de 5 ans. Inadmissible pour une valise a 170 euros!

The customer service is one of the worst!
The customer service is one of the worst I've encountered. They speak horrible to customers and do not communicate. My order was late, I received zero communication and since it was my first ever order, I was sure it was a fraud.
