This company must be avoided
This company must be avoided! No chance of a replacement basd on courtesy and serial checking, they always accepted such RMA till one year ago, my XS1000 SSD failed after 6 Months, just garbage, please buy from other companies that allow replacements based on serial, never again Kingston.

Kingston is crap nowadays
They promise lifetime warranty but in reality they don’t give any warranty. Bought 500x kingston nv3 1tb, 46 (!) drives failed after 1 year. Never managed to return. Had very bad experience with theorie employees. Bad ssd quality, kingston is much worse than the cheapest Chinese ssd you will find. Its a brand from the past, not the future. Too bad…

My experience was absolutely disgusting with this company,a 16 GB RAM with LIFETIME WARRANTY just died,I've contacted Kingston support and they are totally useless!! I've explained the situation that the Ram is not working anymore, that is lifetime warranty and nothing...Starting to ask receipts,pictures,laptop model,year of purchase.. I've honestly sent what I have,pictures of the Ram both sizes,receipt and some pics of the product failing.. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS,ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE FORGOTTEN!! For this people is never enough even if the warranty is lifetime and honestly they shouldn't ask nothing,just the model and replace it,IS NOT THAT I'M FABRICATING RAM MODULES IN MY BACKYARD!! Nooooo,they reply back asking for exact model.of laptop,bios version,motherboard version,windows version,Cpu,my dog's dna,My mother's middle name and so ...A list that I jut gave up to finish reading. So,they are only looking for excuses to don't comply with warranty, do not expect anything from this company but excuses and an unfinished number of emails always asking for info they really don't need,THEY DON'T RESPECT THE WARRANTY!! I DO NOT ADVICE TO BUY RAM MEMORY FROM THEM AT ALL!! From now one,if a laptop have Kingston hardware won't buy it and for sure not buy any other bits from.them,will go to Samsung as is top quality a a far better customer care! Kingston,never again!!! And thanks for nothing to Yubi,the agent from eureturns who attended me,as I've said,Kingston never again unless they prove me wrong!!!

purtroppo devo dare una stella anche se a dir poco immeritata. Ho avuto problemi di malfunzionamenti sia con ram che con ssd presi da un sito che ahimè è fallito, non fa quindi più assistenza, mi rivolgo dopo un anno dall'acquisto pertanto a loro dimostrando dell'effettivo fallimento dell'azienda. dopo circa una settimana di attesa per una risposta vengo liquidato dicendo che il nome sulla ricevuta non corrisponde al mio (infatti la ricevuta era intestata a mia madre) che fece l'acquisto come regalo. Provo quindi a far creare l'account a mia madre per procedere con il suo nome ma dopo infinite domande ripetitive mi continuano a negare la garanzia, sono passati ben 2 mesi senza alcuna conclusione, peggiore azienda e peggiore assistenza mai vista da un produttore

It's a turtle.
I bought a Kingston DataTraveler Exodia M 128GB flash drive, and it's rubbish. Its write speed is slower than a USB 2.0 drive, even though it's advertised as 3.2. I'll never buy one of these products again. It took 30 minutes to copy 5GB; to fill the 128GB I'll need 2 days without pausing.
