Excellent customer service and the…
Excellent customer service, tickets I sent in were answered quickly, and the servers are consistently good even on the lower packages, even running larger modpacks with a large view distance I never encountered any lag or server shutdowns.

I bought a custom domain and they ran off with my money, they said i would have to EMAIL them AFTER i bought it, if i would have known about that. i would not have paid, the price is also trash. As a YouTuber With 20 thousand subscribers i couldn't even have 10 players on without it lagging badly.

8 years with no issues
As per title. Hosted with them for 8 years now. Its clear that the service is designed by gamers as it has everything you need. Their support is also stellar, fast reply and quick resolved. Not that i needed much in all those years. Worth every penny.

Excellent server quality and customer service
I have hosted with SM for years and I've never had any issues whatsoever until recently. I brought my concerns up with customer support and James was very helpful with getting me answers quickly. I also work in customer service so I can usually have a decent expectation of what kind of response I'll get, not this time though. My expectations were blown right out of the water! In under an hour not only had I heard back, but I was given an explanation for my problem, a solution, AND an expected time of completion for the solution. That alone was impressive, but to add to my satisfaction James informed me the problem was solved ahead of schedule. I've recommended SM for years due to the quality service they provide but now I can add excellent customer service to that. Certainly a welcome change from the norm of standard scripts and soulless responses you get from most customer service experiences. 10/10 Will recommend, and continue to be a client for the foreseeable future!
