I switched my minecraft network from a…
I switched my minecraft network from a dedicated server over to ServerPrism to save money. I thought it would be a downgrade but I quickly discovered that the servers run just as good... and I get support from an amazing support team. Fred has helped me out so much in the transition from my old dedicated server to ServerPrism! They offered to transfer over all my world files, import and migrate my SQL data, and granted me additional disk space to suit my quite LARGE world and livemap size! Honestly, I cannot fault ServerPrism; My server network runs smoothly and it's reassuring to know there's a brilliant support team available to help me at any time!

Solid hardware and great support
Solid hardware and quick support, best bang for your buck for both smaller and heavier servers. Issues resolved within a day, and they're very knowledgeable about all things hosting. I had an issue with my server crashing again and again. I shared my concerns with them, that ram was being underutilized and that maybe it was an issue on host machine. They helped me with debugging the issue, it had turned out it was on their end, they fixed the issue with their node within the day, then everything worked great. I could tell a real difference with speeds, I've used other hosts in the past (Aternos at first, then pebblehost) and though the latter was still great for cheaper servers this one is by far the quickest.

Great support for a bad situation
Due to bad performance I switched from bloom.host to ServerPrism. One of the main incentives was there being a datacenter in Tokyo, but after switching I noticed a 300ms ping. An IP lookup showed the server was in Mumbai, India. I contacted support and was told that actually no servers were available in Tokyo and that I was automatically allocated the nearest server. The engineer sincerely apologized and offered a free migration to Singapore which he did in only 20 minutes of time. He kept me updated for the process, asked for my decision along the way and helped make this bad situation not caused by him personally as good as could be. The performance after the migration to Singapore was a lot better (although not as good as Tokyo) and more than satisfactory overall. He also went out of his way to flag my account for a notification as soon as Tokyo servers go online. Once the support finished, as an apology he also gave me a 10% lifetime discount for my server renewals. This is honestly some of the best support I have every experienced. The servers themselves are also very good in performance and cheap for what they offer. I would normally have to take a star off for the mishap of offering a service that did not exist, but the extraordinary support pushes my rating back to 5 stars.
