Ordered a gift for my granddaughter…
Ordered a gift for my granddaughter that she picked out. Days after I placed order my email account, credit card, and phone number where hacked by someone in Singapore. They cloned my credit card and tried to purchase something at Best Buy that was $1,300. My bank blocked the charge and cancelled my card. After 2 weeks my granddaughter never received the bathing suit. When I emailed the company they told me to go to the post office in the city it was sent to. I live in a different state. So a huge scam. China is full of fraudulent businesses.

Terrible Customer Service
For the most part, Sea Molly bikinis are fairly good quality and have very cute designs and styles. However, the return process and customer service department are the reasons I will NEVER order from this company again. Truthfully, it feels a little bit like a scam. I ordered 3 bikinis and a bag, the bag was significantly smaller than what was shown on their website but good quality. Because I’ve ordered from them in the past, I knew they typically run small and ordered a size up for the bikinis. The bikini tops fit, but not the bottoms. So, I requested a refund. When informed the sizing did not fit, they asked for me to describe my height, typical size, and where/why it doesn’t fit. Their remedy was to give me a partial refund of $42 (original total was $132), exchange for new sizes, or just donate them to charity for no money back. Their return policy is a hassle, but all suits were eligible for a return. I contacted them within the 14 day policy, all discounts were under 50%, and the tag/sanitary liners are in tact. I am so frustrated at them and this process that this will be my last order with them. If you do choose to order from this company, you should know 100% the size you ordered will fit. Otherwise, it’ll be a nightmare. Also — I never comment reviews, but I wanted to for this company.

Don’t order from here.
Don’t order from here if you want your package, mine got lost and they didn’t even believe me it ended up in a house 15min from my house that I had to go look for alone. They send a photo of the gate of the house and it’s not mine and I send proof but still was “unable” to do anything about it saying someone already threw it over the gate.

amazing product
i bought a seamolly bikini through a shopping service that is located in the US, based in my country, since seamolly doesnt ship to my country. it took 2 months to arrive but that could also be because of the unstableness of international shipping due to the war rn. i bought it after merely js watching tiktok videos instead of actualy honest reviews, which were mostly bad. i was super worried that it would be lost, wrong sizing, or bad quality. it finally came yesterday and im SOOO happy about it bcs the sizing was PERFECT, the quality is pretty good considering its affordability, and the design is so cute and exactly how i ordered it. thanku seamolly❤️. if u were still debating if its trustable or not, id recommend js buying one pair first js for cautionary purposes. but for me atleast, everything came out perfectly.

I had a great experience ordering from Seamolly, I was a little worried reading reviews but decided to order 4 bikinis in the sale. Ordered on the 5th and arrived on the 13th, shipped in less than 24 hours and was able to track them the whole time. The quality is nice, especially for the sale prices and they fit surprisingly well (I was worried they'd come up small but they didn't). I like the variety of styles especially with the tankinis, I would order from Seamolly again!
