I would give it -1 if I could.
I would give it -1 if I could. Don’t waste your money on this sub-standard swimwear. The item arrived but when I tried it on one leg opening had been cut/stitched incorrectly so it gaped and a wearer would bear all. Duly returned not without problems of course (system is down and didn’t generate the return label for me)! They took £90.59 and after chasing and chasing and the usual excuses, yet again they said ‘oh the system has gone down, it’ll be another 2-5 days for the refund’ FINALLY they’ve returned only £84.60 ……21 days they sat on MY money and then they’ve STOLEN £5.99 for sending me rubbish. They are quite a vile company avoid them they deliver sub standard goods for a premium price. Update: I followed the guide of another reviewer in telling Seaspray that withholding the delivery cost is against UK Consumer Regulations (bearing in mind the garment was faulty) they have now agreed to refund the £5:99…I’ll await the refund.

Faulty swimwear…..Have purchased many items from Seaspray…
Have purchased many items from Seaspray that have all been good quality. Recently a bathing costume developed a fault that rendered the item unusable. Contacted Seaspray customer service who initially stated that as the item was over the 6 month period for faulty items, Seaspray could only offer a 20% discount on a new costume. This wasn’t acceptable to me as the item was over £97 and was now not fit for purpose, it was only just over 6 months old and had only been worn on holiday in January and June a couple of times. Following a few email exchanges, and the agreed outcome was that Seaspray would send me a new replacement costume with which I am now very satisfied. The item was delivered today. Thank you Chhavi Saxena for your assistance in resolving this issue.

Awful quality and refund policy not compliant with UK Consumer regulations
My wife ordered swimwear from this company. Quality of the received product was awful as mentioned by others on here. We returned the item for refund. The cost of swimwear was refunded. However the original delivery charge of £5.99 was not refunded. Pointed out to the company that regardless of what their policy states UK Consumer regulations requires the retailer to refund the cost of the retailers standard delivery charge in this case £5.99. However Seaspray are refusing to refund the amount despite this refusal being illegal I have started a Credit Card charge back and reported the company to Citizens Advice. Be aware this company does not abide by UK Consumer regulations UPDATE after submitting a charge back and contacting Consumer Advice Seaspray finally agreed to refund the delivery charge

Failed to refund despite three requests…
Failed to refund despite three requests and promises and now way over 14 day period for dealing with this. Shame as good product and only sizing was issue

Excellent customer service
Products look fantastic and I cannot rate their customer service higher. I did have a minor manufacturing issue with my purchase, however after I emailed, the customer service team responded immediately and went above and beyond to resolve this for me. The process was painless and left me feeling extremely valued as a customer. Thank you Seaspray!
