Disappointing so far
We booked a cruise this coming September and asked for two nights in a 5* hotel - and were told we were waitlisted for the 2nd night. Last Friday our account shows that there's a hotel fee...great! But no, When we checked today, not only was there NO bookings at all, even the transport to the ship was cancelled. With just 4 weeks to go we now have to get our own hotel and transport to the ship arranges. You can't imagine how let down e feel The 2 nights are our wedding anniversary - and we had explained all this. We have had amazing service from Poignant, Silversea, Viking, and thought that this would right up there. Not so far. Sadly. I'll update post cruise. Fingers crossed

Rubbish quality runners were vinyl not…
Rubbish quality runners were vinyl not leather… returned due to sizing & quality.corresponded for months with polite lip service.. Then told there is a $25-00 re stocking fee… absolute scam.. do not waste your money or time purchasing anything from this company.. It’s Chinese so there word means zero!

Total scam. Quality is shocking. Unable to help you if you what to return. They messed me around no end when I wanted to return the item. The dress was nothing like advertised. Picture doesn't look anything like item. Stitching on outside of one shoulder. Just don't go anywhere near them.

I bought 2 items. Such poor quality and nothing like what I paid for. Now I am being charged $25 each as a restock fee and delivery at my own cost. Absolute thieves. Do not use them!!!

I bought 2 tops from Seabourne. They were quite expensive at $67 each but as the company was supposedly Australian I thought I had found something genuine and not some cheap knock offs from China. Clothes arrived took a while…odd if coming from Australia and …they are absolute garbage. Thin nasty cheap fabric nothing like the photos. The black one was black on the outside and white on the inside so all the stitching was showing through as white. As company said hassle free money back guarantee I immediately contacted them asking to return. I could return but they were charging a hassle free $25 per piece restocking fee! And of course shipping…back to China. They offered a partial refund and would let me keep my order or a store credit!! That would be useless as I’d never buy another thing from Seabourne. If I had bought from SHEIN or Temu and paid what they were worth I wouldn’t have bothered and would have just put ut down to bad luck and donated them. I have bought great clothes from SHEIN and Temu before but paying $134 for garbage stings! I really hate being ripped off!! Customer service was friendly with well written AI responses. Stay away from Seabourne
