THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR TERRIBLE REVIEWS INSTEAD OF LEARNING
FORGET THE CHANGES OF SERVICE CONTINUOUSLY AND OVER PRICED TICKETS THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND RARELY E MAIL YOU BACK ....BEEN TRYING ALL DAY TO E MAIL AND RING 15 TIMES WAITING EACH TIME UP TO 8 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CUT YOU OFF. JUST TO CHANGE A TICKET!!!! HOW WILL THEY IMPROVE????? ANSWER THEY HAVE A MONOPOLY SO SADLY DO NOT CARE .

Ganz schlimm. Buchung die Fahrt zwei Tage vor einfach Abfahrt um informieren nur. Das ich jetzt doppelt draufzahlen muss ist anscheinend eh egal. Ich werde das nie wieder buchen.

Absolutely horrendous experience
Absolutely horrendous experience. I have travelled between Piraeus and Antiparos and this is BY FAR the worst service, which I will never use again. The window seat I was given was right below a massive air conditioning vent that was violently blasting freezing air right at me the whole trip. It was like being in a winter Canadian storm, except since it was August and Greece I had forgotten to bring my polar jacket. My neighbour and I asked the staff member who was walking around the ship asking if people were ok for the air conditioning to be turned down and she said yes several times but nothing was actually done. Avoid at all costs.

We travelled from Lyon to Athens by…
We travelled from Lyon to Athens by plane specifically to take a ferry, first to Naxos — the only ferry that was not delayed. Then we took a second ferry with your company to Syros, which was delayed, apparently due to the weather. This delay cost us an additional three hours of our day. And now, for the final journey from Syros to Athens, we were originally told that the departure would be at 1:30 p.m., but it has now been announced that the departure will be at 3:00 p.m. This will probably cause us to miss our flight. I find it completely unacceptable to experience so many delays on almost every ferry we have taken during our trip. We have already spent a considerable amount of money on our flights and ferry tickets, and now we may have to spend even more money to book another flight because of these delays. Who is going to pay for these additional costs caused by your delays? This situation is absolutely unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed and angry with your company. I will make sure to share our experience publicly and warn other travellers about the service we have received.
